Talk to the AI: the panel's support side panel, with Ctrl J, cited sources and a question limit

The Talk to the AI panel lets you clear up doubts about using the platform without leaving the screen: the AI answers from the Help Center and the manual, cites the source and says when it doesn't know.

When it appears: It shows up when the panel is enabled for the account; until then, the button doesn't exist.
