Modules: how to activate the Advanced knowledge base, Revenue AI and other account add-ons

"Módulos" (Modules) is the account's add-on store: in it you explore, activate, turn off and turn back on modules such as the "Base de conhecimento avançada" (Advanced knowledge base) and Revenue AI, and ask to be notified when a new module arrives.

When it appears: The "Módulos" (Modules) item appears in the "Conta" (Account) group of the menu on accounts where the module store is enabled. On the other accounts, modules are under "Configurações" (Settings) and these addresses show the page-not-found screen.

Who can use it

Role	What you see and do
Owner	Sees the store and the module pages and is the only one who activates, turns off, keeps on, turns back on, subscribes to the module at the end of the trial, and turns each Revenue AI capability on or off.
Admin	Sees the store, each module's page and the Revenue AI dashboard, and can ask to be notified about upcoming modules. Doesn't activate or turn off: instead of the button, "Só o responsável pela conta ativa" (Only the account owner activates) appears and the switches are locked.
Agent	Doesn't see the "Módulos" (Modules) item in the menu. If they open the address of the store or of a module, they are sent back to the start of the dashboard.

"Módulos" (Modules)

The "Módulos" (Modules) screen lets you see the add-ons available for the account, filter by category and status, activate or open each one, and ask to be notified about those still to come.

Buttons and actions

"Conhecer o módulo" (Explore the module): Opens the "Base de conhecimento avançada" (Advanced knowledge base) page.
"Ver o exemplo do provedor de internet" (See the internet provider example): Opens the module page straight at the example "Como fica no seu segmento" (How it looks in your industry).

The badge says "Novo módulo" (New module) and, when the Advanced base is already included in your plan, "incluído no seu plano" (included in your plan).

Search and categories

Fields and filters

"Buscar módulo" (Search modules): Search by name or by what you want to solve (name, description, category and tags).

Buttons and actions

"Todos" (All): Shows the modules from all categories, with the count.
"‹categoria›" (‹category›): One button per catalog category filters the cards, with the count for each.

For your account

The module cards. Turn them on and off whenever you want: what you taught is kept.

"Ativos" (Active): Only the modules turned on in the account.
"Disponíveis" (Available): Only those that can be activated right now.
"Abrir" (Open): On an active module, opens the Advanced base or the Revenue AI dashboard.
"Ativar" (Activate)Owner: On the Advanced base, takes you to the module page to activate it; on Revenue AI, opens the activation dialog.
"Ativar · taxa única ‹valor›" (Activate · one-time fee ‹amount›)Owner: On Revenue AI that isn't enabled yet, opens the activation dialog with the one-time fee.
"Religar" (Turn back on)Owner: On Revenue AI that was already paid for before, turns it back on with no new charge.
"Avise-me" (Notify me): On upcoming modules, asks for an email when the module arrives.
"Vamos avisar" (We will notify you): Appears in place of "Avise-me" (Notify me) after the request (disabled).

Each card shows who offers the module (the dashboard's brand), the subcategory, the name, the description and the tags.
Badges: "Ativo" (Active), "Incluída no seu plano" (Included in your plan), "Em breve" (Coming soon), or the trial days of the Advanced base.
The Advanced base card is the highlight, with an illustrated mini flow; the module's price appears on the card itself when it isn't included in the plan.
Upcoming modules show "Sem preço ainda" (No price yet) and whether they come into Revenue AI with no new fee.
For anyone who isn't the Owner: "Só o responsável pela conta ativa" (Only the account owner activates).

The confirmation for a one-time-fee module.

Buttons and actions

"Agora não" (Not now): Closes without activating.
"Ativar por ‹valor›" (Activate for ‹amount›): Activates the module and deducts the one-time fee from the balance; on a demo account the button just says "Ativar" (Activate).

What changes from now on: each capability with "hoje" (today) or the release in which it arrives, with no new fee.
"Taxa única de habilitação" (One-time enablement fee), "Cobrança" (Charge) (from the account balance, only once) and "Saldo disponível" (Available balance).
Without enough balance, the notice tells you to top up in "Saldo & Recargas" (Balance & top-ups) and the button stays locked.
Turn off at any time in "Módulos" (Modules); turning back on doesn't charge again and what the module saved stays in the account.

Screen states

Loading: Three skeleton cards.
Nothing here yet: "Nenhum módulo com esse nome" (No module with that name), suggesting you search by what you want to solve, with the "Limpar a busca" (Clear search) button.
If something goes wrong: "Não foi possível carregar os módulos" (We couldn't load the modules), saying nothing changed in the account, with the try again button.

Buttons and actions

"Módulos" (Modules): In the breadcrumb at the top, goes back to the store.

"Novo" (New) badge, the category and who offers the module.
The three layers: "Memória da empresa" (Company memory) (the Knowledge curator proposes facts and nothing enters without approval), "Ações no seu sistema" (Actions in your system) (queries tested before publishing; read-only by default) and "Avisos do seu sistema" (Alerts from your system) (rules like "when X arrives, do Y").

"Como fica no seu segmento" (How it looks in your industry)

Ready-made examples by "Segmento" (Industry), with the steps and a sample conversation.

Buttons and actions

"Provedor de internet" (Internet provider): Shows the coverage-by-address example.
"Farmácia" (Pharmacy): Shows the medicine stock and price example.
"Varejo" (Retail): Shows the order status example.
"Clínicas e serviços" (Clinics & services): Shows the available calendar example.

The sample conversation carries the AI name of your active persona.

The agents this module turns on

Knowledge curator, Actions operator and Alerts messenger, each with a record of what it did and why.
On Enterprise, the sentence says they run on your company's model, chosen in "Roteamento" (Routing).

Frequently asked questions

"Preciso de programador?" (Do I need a programmer?), "A IA pode mudar algo no meu sistema?" (Can the AI change anything in my system?) and "E se o meu sistema cair?" (What if my system goes down?), with the answers.

Price and activation (module off)

Buttons and actions

"Ativar" (Activate)Owner: With the module included in the plan, turns on the Advanced base and opens its "Visão geral" (Overview).
"Religar · ‹valor› do saldo" (Turn back on · ‹amount› from balance)Owner: When the trial was already used, turns the module back on and the subscription fee is deducted from the balance right away.

Included in the plan: company memory with no limit on facts, queries to your system at no charge, the limit of items per sync, and Meta's cost on messages outside the 24 hours.
Not in the plan: the subscription fee, the queries included per month and the price of an extra query appear on the card; the main button starts the trial period, at no charge, and the subscription fee is only deducted from the balance at the end of it.
For anyone who isn't the Owner, the button is disabled and the text reminds them that only the account owner activates.

Buttons and actions

"Desligar" (Turn off)Owner: Question "Desligar a Base avançada?" (Turn off the Advanced base?): during the trial or with the module included in the plan, it turns off and nothing is charged; in a paid cycle, it stays on until the end of the cycle already paid, with no refund.
"Manter ligada" (Keep on)Owner: Cancels the scheduled shutdown (nothing is charged again) or closes the confirmation.
"Recarregar" (Top up): Takes you to the "Carteira" (Wallet) when there isn't enough balance for the subscription fee.
"Assinar agora" (Subscribe now)Owner: During the trial, when the included queries run out and syncs pause, confirms the subscription so they come back.

"Ativo" (Active) or trial badge, with the date the trial ends, of the next charge or of the shutdown.
"Consultas neste ciclo" (Queries this cycle): those used and those included, with the bar.
Notice "Saldo insuficiente para a mensalidade" (Insufficient balance for the subscription): the module stays on until the date shown.
For anyone who isn't the Owner: "Só o responsável pela conta liga e desliga o módulo." (Only the account owner turns the module on and off.)

Revenue AI

The Revenue AI screen lets you see what the Revenue AI module has running in the account and turn each of its capabilities on or off, such as the "Cliente ideal" (Ideal customer) profile and advanced Follow-up.

How to get there: In the store, the active Revenue AI card ("Abrir" (Open)). Without the module active, the address goes back to the store.

What is working

One row per module capability, with its status, what it does and where it appears.

"‹capacidade› ligada" (‹capability› on)Owner: Switch that turns the capability on or off; turning it off deletes nothing.
"Configurar" (Configure): Opens the capability's section in "Configurações" (Settings) (when it needs setup, the button says what is missing).

Summary: how many available capabilities are working right now.
Badges for each capability: "Funcionando" (Working), "Desligada por você" (Turned off by you), "Precisa configurar" (Needs setup) or "Em breve" (Coming soon) (with the release in which it arrives).
Where each capability appears and its numbers, when there are any.

Screen states

Loading: Skeleton rows in the module panel.
If something goes wrong: "Não foi possível carregar o painel do módulo" (Could not load the module panel), stating that nothing changed, with the "Tentar de novo" (Try again) button.
Module is not active: The screen automatically returns to the "Módulos" (Modules) store, where the module is activated.

Step by step

How to activate the "Base de conhecimento avançada" (Advanced knowledge base)

In the menu, under "Conta" (Account), open "Módulos" (Modules).
In the highlight at the top, click "Conhecer o módulo" (Explore the module) (or the "Base avançada" (Advanced base) card).
Read what is included on the side card and, if you are the account Owner, click the activate button ("Ativar" (Activate), when the module is included in your plan).
The panel opens the "Visão geral" (Overview) of the "Base avançada" (Advanced base); start with "Memória da empresa" (Company memory), because the Curator is already reading the conversations.

How to turn off the "Base avançada" (Advanced base) without losing what the AI has learned

Open "Módulos" (Modules) and the "Base avançada" (Advanced base) card, or use "Plano e preço" (Plan and price) inside the module.
On the "Seu plano" (Your plan) card, click "Desligar" (Turn off).
Read the confirmation: during the trial or with the module included in the plan, nothing is charged; in the paid cycle, it stays on until the end of the cycle.
Confirm with "Desligar" (Turn off). To undo a scheduled shutdown, use "Manter ligada" (Keep on).

How to activate Revenue AI

In "Módulos" (Modules), find the Revenue AI card (use "Buscar módulo" (Search modules) or the "Disponíveis" (Available) filter).
As the Owner, click the card's activate button.
In the dialog, check what you get today, the one-time fee and the available balance.
Click "Ativar por ‹valor›" (Activate for ‹amount›). If you have no balance, top up in "Saldo & Recargas" (Balance & top-ups) and come back.

How to turn a Revenue AI capability on or off

In "Módulos" (Modules), click "Abrir" (Open) on the Revenue AI card.
In the list of what is working, use the capability's switch.
If the capability says "Precisa configurar" (Needs setup), click its button to open the right section in "Configurações" (Settings).

How to get notified when a new module arrives

In "Módulos" (Modules), find the card with the "Em breve" (Coming soon) badge.
Click "Avise-me" (Notify me); the button becomes "Vamos avisar" (We will notify you).
When the module arrives, you receive an email.

Frequently asked questions

Who can activate or turn off a module?

Only the account Owner (the person in charge). The Admin sees the store and the pages, but in place of the button the message "Só o responsável pela conta ativa" (Only the account owner activates) appears.

What happens to what I taught if I turn off the "Base avançada" (Advanced base)?

It stays saved. When you turn it back on, the facts, actions and flows are still there.

Does turning off the "Base avançada" (Advanced base) in the middle of the month refund the subscription fee?

No. In the paid cycle, it stays on until the end of the cycle already paid and does not renew. During the trial period, or when the module is included in your plan, it turns off with no charge.

Does turning Revenue AI back on charge the fee again?

No. The activation fee is one-time: once paid, the button becomes "Religar" (Turn back on) and turns it on with no new charge.

Why don't I see "Módulos" (Modules) in the menu?

The agent does not see the item. In accounts where the module store is not released, the modules are in "Configurações" (Settings).

Where do I see a module's price?

On the store card itself and on the side card of the module page, before you confirm. When the "Base avançada" (Advanced base) is included in your plan, the card says so in place of the price.
