Reseller overview: monthly revenue, goal, portfolio health and payouts

The "Visão geral" (Overview) is the opening dashboard of the reseller portal: at a glance, it shows how much the reseller business earned this month, where the money came from, which accounts need attention and when your share reaches your receiving account.

Who can use it

RoleWhat you see and do
OwnerThe portal has a single login, the reseller's, using the email and password from the partner registration. Whoever signs in sees and uses everything on this screen, including setting the monthly goal.
AdminNot applicable: the team roles of a customer account do not exist in the portal. The end customer does not see the portal or the reseller's amounts.
AgentAn agent from a customer account cannot access the reseller portal; the address leads to the reseller's login screen.

Screens

"Visão geral" (Overview)

The "Visão geral" (Overview) screen lets the reseller track monthly revenue, the goal, portfolio health, the account ranking and upcoming payouts, all updated live.

Address in the dashboard: /revenda/visao-geral

The "Visão geral" (Overview) screen in a demo account, with names and values blurred.

How to get there: It is the first screen after you log in to the reseller portal and the first item in the side menu. Old links to the "Placar" (Scoreboard) also lead here.

  • The "Ao vivo" (Live) badge with the time of the last event received; while the connection returns, it shows "Reconectando…" (Reconnecting…).
  • With an empty portfolio, the greeting becomes a welcome to your brand and the phrase explains that the summary appears as customers join.

Your portfolio starts here

Welcome block that appears only while no account has paid: the three steps to the first payout, with the completed ones checked.

Buttons and actions

"Adicionar cliente" (Add customer)
Opens the page to create a customer's account in the "Carteira" (Client portfolio).
  • Step "Marca no ar" (Brand live): done when your brand is already published; otherwise, it reminds you to publish name, logo and colors in "Sua marca" (Your brand).

  • Step "Primeiro cliente" (First customer): register the account and send the activation link.

Top figures

Four cards with the essentials of the selected month.

Fields and filters

"Receita do mês" (Revenue this month)
Two values side by side: "Clientes pagaram" (Customers paid), the total paid by your customers, and "Sua parte" (Your share), what stayed with you, each with a variation badge against the same day of the previous month.
"Contas pagando" (Paying accounts)
How many accounts paid, out of how many are in the portfolio, how many are overdue and how many are awaiting the first payment.
"Ticket médio por conta" (Average ticket per account)
Your average share per account and how much the customer pays on average.
"Previsão · sem atrasos" (Forecast · no delays)
How much your share should reach by the end of the current month, not counting overdue accounts (which are listed by name). In a closed month, the card becomes "Fechou o mês com" (Closed the month with).
  • Variation badge: green when it goes up, red when it goes down and "nova" (new) when there is no basis for comparison.
  • If a card fails to load, it shows a dash, the phrase "Não carregou." (Did not load.) and the "Tentar de novo" (Try again) button.

Where does your revenue come from?

Bar chart for the last twelve months, separating subscriptions and top-ups, with the current month's forecast shown dashed.

Buttons and actions

"Sua parte" (Your share)
Shows on the chart only the part that stayed with you in each month.
"Clientes pagaram" (Customers paid)
Shows on the chart the total customers paid in each month.
"Ver como tabela" (View as table)
Replaces the chart with a table with "Mês" (Month), "Clientes pagaram" (Customers paid), "Sua parte" (Your share), "Sua parte em mensalidades" (Your share of subscriptions) and "Sua parte em recargas" (Your share of top-ups). The same button switches back with "Ver como gráfico" (View as chart).
  • Clicking a bar changes the month of the whole screen to that month.
  • The tooltip on each bar shows the value of the other view (your share or what customers paid).
  • Legend: "Mensalidades" (Subscriptions), "Recargas" (Top-ups) and the month's forecast without overdue accounts.

How far are you from the goal?

Gauge of your share for the month against the goal you set, with a mark showing the forecast.

Buttons and actions

"Definir a meta" (Set the goal)
Appears when the current month has no goal yet and opens the dialog to enter how much you want to receive.
"Ajustar a meta" (Adjust the goal)
Opens the same dialog with the current goal so you can change the amount.
  • Percentage reached and how much has come in out of the amount set.
  • In the current month: the notice of how much falls short of the goal by the forecast, or the "Pela previsão, passa da meta" (By forecast, exceeds the goal) badge, with how much is missing and in how many days.
  • In a closed month: "Meta batida" (Goal reached) or by how much it fell short. The goal can only be set for the current month.

Goal dialog

Where you enter your share goal for the month, adding subscriptions and top-ups.

Fields and filters

"Meta de ‹mês›" (Goal for ‹month›)required
The amount in reais you want to receive in the month. With no goal saved, the field comes filled with the last goal used, as a suggestion.

Buttons and actions

"Voltar" (Back)
Closes without saving; when reopened, the field shows the goal currently in effect.
"Salvar a meta" (Save the goal)
Saves the month's goal and closes the dialog. If the value is rejected, the reason appears in the dialog.

Is the portfolio healthy?

Three cards with what needs attention before it turns into a cancellation; each one opens the "Carteira" (Client portfolio). When there is an account that pays by own-AI size, a fourth card appears.

Buttons and actions

"Usando bem" (Using it well)
Opens the "Carteira" (Client portfolio) filtered to paying accounts. Shows how many use it well, how many are starting and how many are cooling off.
"Esfriando" (Cooling off)
Opens the "Carteira" (Client portfolio). Shows how many accounts stopped using it, the monthly amount at risk and their names.
"Em atraso" (Overdue)
Opens the "Carteira" (Client portfolio) filtered to overdue accounts, with the first overdue account, since when, and your share in it.
"Perto de subir de tamanho" (Close to moving up a tier)
Opens the "Carteira" (Client portfolio). It appears only when some account pays by own-AI size. It counts how many accounts have already had the change notified or used 80% or more of the size limit in the cycle, and shows the first one: the account that will change size, with the change date, or how much of the limit it has used. With none, it says there is no account near the limit.

Which accounts earn the most?

Ranking of accounts by your share in the month, with bars for subscriptions and top-ups and how much each customer pays.

Buttons and actions

"Abrir a carteira" (Open portfolio)
Takes you to the "Carteira" (Client portfolio) with all accounts.
  • An overdue account shows the "Em atraso" (Overdue) badge next to its name.
  • In the table, under the account name is the AI type: "Nossa IA" (Our AI) or "IA própria" (Own AI) with the size (for example, "IA própria · Grande" (Own AI · Large)).
  • Footer showing how much of your revenue the top accounts in the ranking add up to.

What does your portfolio look like?

Buttons and actions

"Ver como tabela" (View as table)
Shows the same breakdown as a table: "Grupo" (Group), "Contas" (Accounts) and "Sua receita por mês" (Your monthly revenue). With own AI, it becomes one row per size ("IA própria · Padrão" (Own AI · Standard), for example).
  • Group "Nossa IA" (Our AI): accounts that use "A IA da plataforma" (The platform's AI), with your monthly revenue from them.
  • Group "IA própria" (Own AI): accounts that use the customer's own AI; it appears only when at least one exists.
  • Own-AI sizes: how many accounts are in each size, including those at zero, and the legend with each size's monthly message limit.

Needs your attention

The pending items that only the reseller can resolve, from the most urgent to the least urgent.

Buttons and actions

"Abrir conta" (Open account)
Opens the "Carteira" (Client portfolio) with that account's record already open (overdue, account near the monthly limit, or cooling usage).
"Ver detalhe" (View details)
On the size-change pending item (the account exceeded the size limit for two months in a row and the change has already been notified), opens the account record in the "Carteira" (Client portfolio).
"Reenviar link" (Resend link)
For an account that has not yet made its first payment: asks for confirmation and generates a new access link for the person in charge.

Resend the access link?

Confirmation of the resend made from "Precisa de você" (Needs you). The previous link stops working, including the one already sent through WhatsApp.

Buttons and actions

"Voltar" (Back)
Closes without generating a new link.
"Reenviar link" (Resend link)
Generates the new link and emails it to the person in charge of the account, with your brand when your own email is configured.
"Copiar mensagem" (Copy message)
Appears when the email did not go out: copies the ready-made message with the link to paste into the customer's WhatsApp.
"Fechar" (Close)
Closes the dialog after the result.

Footer shortcuts

Two shortcuts to the screens that fix what is missing, when there is data to show.

  • "Sua marca está no ar" (Your brand is live) (or "Sua marca ainda não está completa" (Your brand is not complete yet)): how many accounts see your brand in the dashboard, in email and on the custom address. Opens "Sua marca" (Your brand).
  • "Demonstração pronta" (Demo ready) (or "Monte a sua demonstração" (Build your demo)): the showcase account, outside the portfolio and payouts. Opens "Demonstração" (Demo).

Screen states

Loading
Each block shows a skeleton with the final shape while the numbers arrive; the top figures show "Carregando…" (Loading…).
Nothing here yet
With no paying account, the "Sua carteira começa aqui" (Your portfolio starts here) block appears and each card shows its own empty state: "Nenhuma receita ainda" (No revenue yet), "Sem meta para este mês" (No goal for this month), "Nada para acompanhar ainda" (Nothing to track yet), "Nenhuma conta na carteira" (No accounts in the portfolio), "Carteira vazia" (Empty portfolio), "Nenhum repasse ainda" (No payouts yet) and "Nada pendente hoje" (Nothing pending today).
If something goes wrong
A block that fails shows that it was the screen, not your data, that did not load, with the "Tentar de novo" (Try again) button; the rest of the dashboard stays live.
The real-time connection dropped
The header badge changes to "Reconectando…" (Reconnecting…) until it comes back.
Closed month selected
The forecast becomes "Fechou o mês com" (Closed the month with) and the goal can no longer be adjusted.

Step by step

How to see how much the reseller business earned last month

  1. Open "Visão geral" (Overview) in the portal menu.
  2. Click "Mês passado" (Last month) in the header, or choose the month from the "Mês" (Month) list.
  3. Read "Receita do mês" (Revenue this month): what customers paid and your share, compared with the previous month.
  4. In "De onde vem a sua receita?" (Where does your revenue come from?), use "Sua parte" (Your share) or "Clientes pagaram" (Customers paid) to see the split between subscriptions and top-ups.

How to set the revenue goal for the month

  1. In the "Visão geral" (Overview), leave the period on "Este mês" (This month).
  2. On the "Quanto falta para a meta?" (How far are you from the goal?) card, click "Definir a meta" (Set the goal) (or "Ajustar a meta" (Adjust the goal), if one already exists).
  3. Enter how much you want to receive as your share for the month, adding subscriptions and top-ups.
  4. Click "Salvar a meta" (Save the goal). The gauge then shows how much has come in and whether the forecast reaches the goal.

How to find out which customers are cooling off or overdue

  1. Go to the "A carteira está saudável?" (Is the portfolio healthy?) block of the "Visão geral" (Overview).
  2. Click "Esfriando" (Cooling off) to see the accounts that stopped using it, or "Em atraso" (Overdue) for overdue subscriptions.
  3. In the "Carteira" (Client portfolio), open the account record and use the ready-made message to talk to the customer.

How to resend the access link to a customer who has not logged in

  1. In "Precisa de você" (Needs you), find the account awaiting the first payment.
  2. Click "Reenviar link" (Resend link) and confirm with "Reenviar link" (Resend link) in the dialog.
  3. If the email does not go out, click "Copiar mensagem" (Copy message) and send it through the customer's WhatsApp.

How to see the figures as a table instead of a chart

  1. In the corner of the "De onde vem a sua receita?" (Where does your revenue come from?), "Quais contas mais rendem?" (Which accounts earn the most?) or "Como é a sua carteira?" (What does your portfolio look like?) card, click the "Ver como tabela" (View as table) icon.
  2. To go back, click the same icon, now "Ver como gráfico" (View as chart).

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between "Clientes pagaram" (Customers paid) and "Sua parte" (Your share)?

"Clientes pagaram" (Customers paid) is the total charged to your customers in the month (subscriptions and top-ups). "Sua parte" (Your share) is what stays with you within those charges; the rest belongs to the platform.

Why doesn't the month's forecast count all accounts?

The forecast is calculated without overdue accounts: accounts with an overdue subscription are left out and listed by name on the card, because your share from them only arrives if the customer pays.

Do I need to reload the page to see a new payment?

No. The "Visão geral" (Overview) is updated by the event that changes each figure; the "Ao vivo" (Live) badge shows the time of the last event received.

Can I set the goal for a month that has already passed?

No. The goal applies to the current month; in a closed month the card only shows whether it was reached or by how much it fell short.

When does the "Perto de subir de tamanho" (Close to moving up a tier) card appear?

Only when you have an account that pays by own-AI size. It includes accounts whose change has already been notified and those that used 80% or more of the size limit in the cycle. The change pending item also appears in "Precisa de você" (Needs you), with the "Ver detalhe" (View details) button.

What does a cooling-off account mean?

It is an account that pays but has stopped using the service or does not use a key feature. It is a sign that a cancellation is coming, which is why it appears here and in the "Precisa de você" (Needs you) queue.

Does the demo account count in the figures?

No. The demo stays outside the portfolio and payouts; it appears only in the footer shortcut.
