Dashboard manual · Reseller portal

Reseller prices and margins: margin on usage, per-account margin, and monthly fee

"Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) is the reseller portal screen that gathers everything that defines the customer's price and the reseller's share: the default margin on usage, each account's margin, and the monthly fee for those who arrive on their own, always with a preview and confirmation before changing anything.

When it appears: Appears in the menu when the "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) feature is enabled for your reseller account. Without it, the address takes you to "Carteira" (Client portfolio), where the margin on usage and each account's price live.

Who can use it

RoleWhat you see and do
OwnerThe portal has a single login, the reseller's. Whoever signs in simulates, saves the default margin, adjusts each account's margin, and sets the monthly fee for new customers.
AdminNot applicable: the team roles of a customer account do not exist in the portal. The end customer only sees the final price of each item on their dashboard, with your brand, never the margin.
AgentAn agent from a customer account cannot access the reseller portal.

Screens

"Preços e margens" (Prices & margins)

The "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) screen is for deciding the margin on usage for the portfolio and for each account, and the monthly fee for new customers, seeing beforehand, item by item, what the customer will pay and what stays with you.

Address in the dashboard: /revenda/precos

The "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) screen in a demo account, with names and values blurred.

How to get there: Through the menu, through the AI badge in "Carteira" (Client portfolio) and on the account details page (which opens the account directly on the "Por conta" (Per account) tab), through the margin shortcut in "Módulos" (Modules), and through the "Sua marca" (Your brand) notice (which opens the "Mensalidade" (Subscription) tab). The tab and the open account stay in the page address.

Top of the screen

The opening sentence (no price changes until you review and confirm) and the general notices.

Buttons and actions

"Simular uma margem" (Simulate a margin)
Appears in the zero default margin notice, on the "Margem sobre o uso" (Margin on usage) tab: takes you to the simulator and puts focus on it.
"Ver a margem padrão" (View default margin)
The same notice, on the "Por conta" (Per account) tab: returns to the "Margem sobre o uso" (Margin on usage) tab.
  • Zero default margin notice: with accounts using "A IA da plataforma" (The platform's AI), consumption is charged at the platform price and nothing from top-ups stays with you.

What you earn

Three cards showing where your money comes from.

Fields and filters

"Mensalidades" (Subscriptions)
Your monthly share of the subscriptions, separating accounts with "IA própria" (Own AI) and with "Nossa IA" (Our AI). It arrives on the payment day.
"Recargas" (Top-ups)
Your share of this month's top-ups so far. Only accounts with "Nossa IA" (Our AI) have AI top-ups.
"Extra por item" (Extra per item)
The gain from per-item margin, paid at month close. Before the addendum it shows a dash; afterward, the projected total for the month, with "Pago até ‹data›" (Paid through ‹date›) or "Acumulando" (Accumulating) until it exceeds the minimum amount, and the "Ver em Repasses" (View in Payouts) shortcut. During the previous month's close, the final value comes out in moments.

Tabs

The three parts of the screen; arrow keys, Home, and End switch tabs from the keyboard.

Buttons and actions

"Margem sobre o uso" (Margin on usage)
Opens the simulator and the portfolio's default margin.
"Por conta" (Per account)
Opens the list of accounts with each one's margin; shows how many accounts there are.
"Mensalidade" (Subscription)
Opens the price for new customers.

Margin on usage: scope note

The margin on usage applies only to accounts with "Nossa IA" (Our AI), where consumption comes out of the prepaid balance. Accounts with their own AI pay the AI directly to their provider, with no platform consumption to put a margin on.

What if the default margin were…

Simulator: drag and see the effect, without changing anything.

Fields and filters

"Margem simulada" (Simulated margin)
Slider with the simulated percentage.

Buttons and actions

"Usar ‹n›% como margem padrão" (Use ‹n›% as default margin)
Takes the simulated value to the default margin field below; you still review and confirm.
  • Badge "simulação · nada muda" (simulation · nothing changes).
  • Three comparisons of today for the simulation: the price of one message for the customer, how much stays with you on an example top-up, and how much this month's usage so far would have earned on the accounts that use the default.
  • In the default margin field you can go beyond the simulator's limit.

Default margin on usage

The margin that applies to every account with "Nossa IA" (Our AI) without its own margin and to new customers. On each top-up, the margin is your share and lands in your receiving account immediately.

Fields and filters

"Margem padrão (%)" (Default margin (%))
The percentage on top of the platform's price list; the accepted range appears next to it and a value outside it is refused with the reason.

Buttons and actions

"Ver quais" (See which)
Opens the "Por conta" (Per account) tab filtered to accounts with their own margin.
"Gravar margem padrão" (Save default margin)
Opens the confirmation with the scope and effects of the change.
"Descartar" (Discard)
Returns the field to the saved margin.
"Ver o aditivo" (View the addendum)
Opens the clause of the contract addendum that unlocks per-item margin and payment of the extra.
  • Badge with today's margin and how many accounts use the default or have their own margin.
  • Notices as you type: with zero margin your share disappears on accounts that use the default; accounts with their own margin do not change, unless you choose that in the confirmation.
  • Default table with Item, "Piso da plataforma" (Platform floor), "Margem do item" (Item margin), "Seu cliente paga" (Your customer pays) (striking through today's price when it changes) and "Fica com você" (You keep).
  • "Margem do item" (Item margin) column, with the signed addendum: each row has a percentage field. Empty, the item inherits the default margin; filled in, it becomes an item with its own margin ("item com margem própria" (item with own margin) badge) and gets "Voltar ao padrão" (Reset to default). The item's margin is always equal to or greater than the default margin; below that, the field gives the reason right below the row.
  • Without the signed addendum, the column is locked ("Disponível após a assinatura do aditivo ao contrato" (Available after the contract addendum is signed)), with the "margem do item bloqueada" (item margin locked) badge.
  • Badge with how many items have their own margin, or "nenhum item com margem própria" (no items with their own margin).
  • When the default margin rises above an item's own margin, it starts following the default and the row shows "era X% · passa a seguir a padrão" (was X% · now follows the default).
  • Split of an example top-up between "Plataforma" (Platform) and "Fica com você" (You keep).
  • Panel "Como você recebe o extra dos itens" (How you receive the extra from items): on the top-up, immediately, the split continues by the account's margin; at month close, what items with a higher margin charge above that is calculated from actual usage and paid under "Repasses" (Payouts). Includes an example with the item's numbers.
  • The new price list applies to the following consumption and top-ups; the balance already paid does not change. The delivered message template is only debited when the number is on the platform's WhatsApp account.

Rules for the per-item extra

Rules that appear alongside the "Como você recebe o extra dos itens" (How you receive the extra from items) panel, in "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) and in "Repasses" (Payouts).

  • The extra is paid by the 10th of the following month, to your receiving account.
  • Below the minimum payout amount in the month, the amount accumulates and goes out together the next month.
  • Chargebacks and refunded top-ups are removed from the calculation; a chargeback that arrives after close is deducted from the next extra.
  • Your customer only sees the final price of each item, never the margin or the extra.

Change the default margin to ‹n›%?

  • The balance each customer already has keeps being spent at the current price when the margin goes down.
  • Customers see only the final price of each item, with your brand. The plans' monthly fee does not change.

  • A badge showing how many of the account's items have their own margin, and the panel "Como você recebe o extra dos itens" (How you receive the extra from items), when some item goes above the account margin.
  • An item that the account's new margin has surpassed: the row shows "era X% · passa a seguir a margem da conta" (was X% · now follows the account margin).
  • A notice for when the customer's balance was paid at a higher margin: it keeps being spent at that price until it runs out.
  • Margin history: each change, when it happened and by whom (by you, automatic, or by support), with the latest highlighted. An item's margin change appears as "Margem do item ‹item›: de X% para Y%" (Item margin ‹item›: from X% to Y%), or as it now following the account margin or the default.

Change the margin of ‹conta›?

Confirmation with the before and after of the main items and of your share on a top-up, when applicable, the balance, and the subscription, which does not change. When items with their own margin change, the "Itens com margem própria" (Items with own margin) list shows each item, before and after.

Frequently asked questions

Does changing the margin alter the balance the customer already has?

No. The balance the customer has already paid stays there. When the margin goes down, the balance paid at the previous margin keeps being spent at that price, and the new price applies from the next top-up.

Is the customer notified when the price changes?

When any price goes up, the customer always receives an email with your brand before the new price takes effect. When it goes down, the notice is optional and you choose it in the confirmation.

Does the margin on usage apply to accounts with their own AI?

No. Accounts with their own AI pay the AI directly to their provider, so there is no platform usage to put a margin on; for them, your earnings come from the subscription.

Does changing the margin change the customer's subscription?

No. The subscription is each account's own agreement, separate from this; to change it, use "Alterar preço" (Change price) in the account panel or on the "Carteira" (Client portfolio) record.

Why is the per-item margin locked?

The per-item margin and the payment of the extra take effect after the addendum to the reseller contract is signed and registered by the platform. Until then, there is a single margin per account; the "Ver o aditivo" (View the addendum) button shows the clause.

How and when do I receive the extra from the per-item margin?

The top-up is still split instantly by the account's margin. What items with their own margin charge above that is calculated from the month's actual usage and paid by the 10th of the following month, to your receiving account; the statement is under "Repasses" (Payouts). Below the minimum payout amount in a month, the value accumulates and goes out together the next month; refunds are removed from the calculation.

Does the customer see my margin?

No. They only see the final price of each item in their own panel, with your brand.

When does the new default margin take effect?

Increases apply to usage from now on; decreases apply from each account's next top-up.
