Reseller payouts: receiving account and statement of what has already arrived

Repasses (Payouts) is the reseller portal screen that shows where their share of each customer payment goes (the receiving account) and the statement of each split: what has arrived, what is on the way, and what did not happen.

Who can use it

RoleWhat you see and do
OwnerThe portal has a single access, the reseller's. Whoever signs in enters or changes the receiving account and sees the full statement.
AdminNot applicable: the team roles of a customer account do not exist in the portal. The end customer never sees the reseller's share.
AgentAn agent from a customer account cannot access the reseller portal.

Screens

"Repasses" (Payouts)

The "Repasses" (Payouts) screen is for entering the account that receives your share and checking, payment by payment, how much the customer paid, how much you kept, and the status of each payout.

Address in the dashboard: /revenda/repasses

The "Repasses" (Payouts) screen in a demo account, with names and values blurred.

How to get there: Through the menu, through the "Ver os repasses" (View payouts) button on "Visão geral" (Overview), and through the "Conta de recebimento" (Receiving account) step of the welcome flow.

"Sua conta de recebimento" (Your receiving account)

Where your share goes, at the same moment the customer pays. The panel asks only for the account identifier, never its password or access key.

Buttons and actions

"Informar a conta" (Enter the account)
Opens the dialog to enter the receiving account for the first time.
"Trocar" (Change)
Opens the dialog to change the current receiving account.
  • A status badge, with an explanation on hover: "Não informada" (Not entered), "Aguardando a primeira cobrança" (Waiting for the first charge), or "Confirmada" (Confirmed).
  • The saved identifier and the date on which a real charge confirmed it.
  • With no account entered: a notice that your customers cannot pay, because the charge is not created without a destination for your share.
  • After a change: a notice of how many already-sold accounts keep sending money to the previous account. The change applies to future sales.

Enter or change the receiving account

A dialog with double confirmation: the identifier is typed twice, because the money goes every month to the number typed and there is no way to check whose account it is.

Fields and filters

"Identificador da conta" (Account identifier)required
Copied from your payment provider's panel: 36 characters in the 8-4-4-4-12 format, with no spaces. If the format is wrong, the field warns you right away.
"Digite de novo para confirmar" (Type again to confirm)required
The same identifier; if the two are different, the field warns you that they do not match.

Buttons and actions

"Voltar" (Back)
Closes without saving.
"Guardar a conta" (Save the account)
Saves the account entered for the first time.
"Trocar a conta" (Change the account)
Saves the new account; it is only enabled when both fields match and differ from the current account.
  • When changing with already-sold accounts, the dialog warns that they keep using the previous account.

Money summary

Three numbers for what has already been split.

Fields and filters

"Já na sua conta" (Already in your account)
Available money, already settled.
"A caminho" (On the way)
Paid by the customer and within the payment method's release period; it also says how much depends on charges not yet paid.
"Não aconteceu" (Did not happen)
Splits undone by refund, cancellation, or block; the reasons are in the statement.

Entries

Each payment split, with the total number of entries and pagination.

Fields and filters

"Cliente" (Customer)
The account that paid, whether it was a "Mensalidade" (Subscription) or a "Recarga" (Top-up) and, when applicable, the reason the split did not happen.
"Quando" (When)
The entry date.
"Situação" (Status)
"Aguardando o pagamento" (Awaiting payment), "A caminho" (On the way), "Na sua conta" (In your account), "Não aconteceu" (Did not happen), "Recusado" (Rejected), or "Bloqueado" (Blocked); on hover, what that means for your pocket.
"Cliente pagou" (Customer paid)
The amount charged to the customer.
"Sua parte" (Your share)
What is yours in that charge; it appears struck through when the money did not come.

Buttons and actions

"Anterior" (Previous)
Goes back one page of the statement.
"Próxima" (Next)
Moves forward one page of the statement.
  • On mobile, each entry becomes a card with "Sua parte" (Your share) highlighted.
  • "Bloqueado" (Blocked) indicates an amount mismatch: there are two business days to fix it; after that, the payout is canceled.

Extra from per-item margin

What items with a margin above the account margin charged extra. The top-up is split instantly by the account margin; this extra is calculated from actual usage and paid at month close, to your receiving account. It only appears with "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) enabled.

Fields and filters

"Apurado em ‹mês› (até hoje)" (Calculated in ‹month› (to date))
The month's extra so far, partial: it is recalculated with each use and the month closes on the date shown. It adds the amount accumulated from previous months, when there is any.
"Pagamento previsto" (Expected payment)
Up to the payment date (the 10th of the following month), with the amount and the transfer to your receiving account; or accumulating, while the total does not exceed the minimum amount; or closing, when the previous month is still being closed.
"Itens com margem própria em uso" (Items with own margin in use)
How many items with a margin above the account's had usage, and in how many accounts.
"Por item" (Per item)
Each item with the month's usage and the extra it generated, with the account count.
"Por conta" (Per account)
Each account with its margin, the items above the account's, and the extra they generate; closed accounts stay listed, marked.
"Meses fechados" (Closed months)
Each month already closed: how the total was formed (the month's own, plus the accumulated amount or minus refunds), the total, and the status "Acumulando" (Accumulating), "A pagar" (To be paid, until the date), or "Pago" (Paid, on ‹date›). A month that stayed accumulated and has already gone out with the next payout shows "Incluído no repasse de ‹mês›" (Included in the payout of ‹month›).

Buttons and actions

"Ver o aditivo" (View the addendum)
Before the addendum is signed, opens the addendum clause that enables payment of the extra.
"Ajustar em Preços e margens" (Adjust in Prices & margins)
When no item has its own margin, takes you to the "Margem sobre o uso" (Margin on usage) tab.
"Tentar de novo" (Try again)
On a loading error, opens the extra again; nothing changed in your money.
  • A "calculating" badge while there is an extra in the month.
  • A "Acumulado" (Accumulated) notice when a month stayed below the minimum amount and carried over to the next, and a "Fechando ‹mês›" (Closing ‹month›) notice while the final amount is being released.
  • Refunds and returned top-ups are removed from the calculation. The end customer sees only the final price of each item.
  • Before the addendum, the section shows "Disponível após a assinatura do aditivo ao contrato" (Available after the contract addendum is signed); your whole share arrives in the top-up split, instantly.

The labels of the three numbers stay readable and only the values become a skeleton; the account card and the statement also appear as a skeleton.

Nothing has arrived yet: with no account entered, it asks you to enter one above; with one, it explains that your share appears at the same moment the first subscription is paid.

  2. Under "Sua conta de recebimento" (Your receiving account), click "Informar a conta" (Enter the account).
  3. Paste the account identifier into "Identificador da conta" (Account identifier) and repeat it in "Digite de novo para confirmar" (Type again to confirm).

How to change the receiving account

  2. Type the new identifier twice and click "Trocar a conta" (Change the account).

How to know how much extra I will receive from the per-item margin

  1. Open "Repasses" (Payouts) and go to "Extra de margem por item" (Extra from per-item margin).
  2. Check "Apurado" (Calculated) for the month and "Pagamento previsto" (Expected payment): the date (by the 10th of the following month) or the accumulated amount, when the total has not yet passed the minimum amount.
  3. Under "Meses fechados" (Closed months), check each month's total and status ("Acumulando" (Accumulating), "A pagar" (To be paid), "Pago" (Paid), or "Incluído no repasse de" (Included in the payout of) another month).

How to find out why a payout did not arrive

  1. Under "Lançamentos" (Entries), find the entry with the status "Não aconteceu" (Did not happen), "Recusado" (Rejected), or "Bloqueado" (Blocked).
  2. Read the reason below the customer's name and hover over the badge to see what the status means.

How to see how much has already arrived in my account

  1. Open "Repasses" (Payouts) and read "Já na sua conta" (Already in your account).
  2. Under "A caminho" (On the way), see what the customer has already paid and is still within the release period.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to wait until the end of the month or send an invoice to get paid?

No. Your share of the subscription and of the top-up goes out at the same instant the customer pays, within the charge itself, with no invoice to send before receiving. The exception is the extra from the per-item margin: it is calculated over the month and paid by the 10th of the following month.

Why does the money show as "A caminho" (On the way) and not in my account?

The customer has already paid and your share is reserved, but it arrives within the payment method's release period; for cards, about 30 days.

What happens if I do not enter the receiving account?

Your customers cannot pay: the charge is not created when there is nowhere to send your share.

Does the panel ask for my payment account password?

No. Only the account identifier, which is used just to send money; with it, nothing can be read and nothing can be charged.

I typed the wrong identifier. Does the money disappear?

The money goes to the number typed, and there is no way to check whose account it is. That is why the dialog asks for the identifier twice and checks the format; if there is a mistake, change the account as soon as possible.

Do customers' top-ups also generate a payout?

Yes. The statement shows whether each entry came from a "Mensalidade" (Subscription) or a "Recarga" (Top-up).
