Ads
Connect your ads to sales: the code on your site shows the cookie notice and, once the visitor accepts, records where they came from and the pages they visited.
In Marketing → Ads you follow the path from the ad to the sale. It all starts with one line of code on your site: it shows the cookie notice with your company name and, only after the visitor accepts, records where they came from and the pages they visited.
Install the code on the site
Open the code: On any Ads screen, click Install the code on the site (or See the code, on the empty screen).
Register the site domains: In Your site domains, type the site address, such as loja.com.br, and click Save. Subdomains are included. Requests from other addresses are refused.
Paste before </head>: Click Copy and paste the line before </head> on every page. It works with any site builder.
The cookie notice
The notice shows up in the language of the visitor's browser: Portuguese, English or Spanish.
It carries your company name. In a resold account, the client's name, never the platform's.
The visitor chooses Accept all, Only necessary or Choose.
Without acceptance, nothing is recorded: no identifier, no page, no count.
The data of those who accepted is kept for 13 months from the last visit and then deleted automatically.
See the notice as the visitor sees it
Shows the notice preview, how many visitors accepted in the last 30 days, the retention period and the legal basis.
Legal basis
Consent: LGPD art. 7, I and GDPR art. 6(1)(a).
Site visitors
Ads → Visitors lists those who accepted cookies, with no name and no phone: the visitor stays anonymous until becoming a lead. Each row shows the visits, the source, the campaign, the pages viewed and the first and last visit.
Visits
Consecutive pages with no break longer than 30 minutes count as one visit.
"Origem" (Source)
Where the visitor came from: Instagram, Facebook, Google or Direct, when there is no source.
"Campanha" (Campaign)
The campaign name that came in the ad link.
Search by source or campaign.
The period at the top (7, 30 or 90 days) applies to every Ads screen.
Export downloads the spreadsheet of what is on screen. Every export is recorded in Compliance: who exported and when.
Leads and the journey
The visitor becomes a lead when they message on WhatsApp through the site button or send a site form through Lead intake: the code carries a visitor reference along. Ads → Leads lists each of these leads, with the source, the visits, the Pipeline stage and the temperature.
The phone shows up masked. The full number stays only in the Inbox, for those with access.
Click the time in the Journey column to see the path: the ad click, the visits, the form, the conversation and the sale in the Pipeline.
In the journey, Open in the Inbox goes to the conversation and Open in the Pipeline goes to the board.
Export downloads the spreadsheet with the phone masked and records the export in Compliance.
Overview and Paid campaigns
The Overview shows the path in four numbers: the investment, the visitors, the leads and the sales, with the cost per lead (CPL), the cost per sale (CPA), the return (ROAS: sold ÷ invested) and the conversion from lead to sale. Paid campaigns shows the same per campaign.
A ROAS in red flags the campaign that sold less than 2 times what it cost.
WhatsApp broadcasts stay in Campaigns; only paid ads are here.
