"Intent & catálogo" (Intents & catalog): register offers and recorded answers, and see each lead's purchase intent

"Intent & catálogo" (Intents & catalog) is the dashboard item where you register what you sell and the answers recorded by your team, and track the intent the AI detected in each conversation to choose the right offer.

Who can use it

RoleWhat you see and do
OwnerSees and does everything: creates, edits, pauses, and imports offers, registers success stories, and records, edits, and removes recorded answers.
AdminSees the predictions, listens to the recordings, opens the records, and jumps to the leads. Saving an offer, story, or recording comes back with a notice that only the Owner can edit the catalog.
AgentSees the item in the menu and the whole screen like the Admin: reads, listens, and opens leads, but does not change the catalog.

  2. Click the lead to open their record in the CRM.

Frequently asked questions

Does the "Preço (R$)" (Price (R$)) field appear in the conversation?

No. The AI quotes only the open-text price field. The numeric value is used for sales and for the best-sellers report.

How do I delete an offer?

There is no deletion. Use "Pausar oferta" (Pause offer): it leaves the conversation and stays saved so you can reactivate it.

Does reimporting the spreadsheet duplicate the offers?

No, when the row has an SKU that is already registered: it updates the offer. Without an SKU, an identical title also updates it.

Why does a question button appear disabled on the recording?

Because another recording already answers that question. Hover to see which one and unlink it first.

Which audio formats can I upload?

OGG (Opus), MP3, or M4A/AAC, up to 16 MB. These are the formats WhatsApp accepts.

Can I edit a recording's audio after saving?

No. Editing changes the title, author credit, and linked question; for different audio, record again and remove the old one.

What does clicking a prediction do?

Opens that lead's record in the CRM, with the conversation and history.

Who can register offers and recordings?

Only the account Owner. The rest of the team can view, listen, and open the leads.

"Intent & catálogo" (Intents & catalog)

What you sell, written the way the AI will say it; your team's voice recorded for the usual questions — and the rule that decides which offer it puts in front for each request.

Three things on the same screen, and they talk to each other. On one side, what your leads asked for: the AI reads each message and says what kind of request it was. On the other, what you sell — when the two match, the right offer goes to the highlight of the reply instead of the AI dumping the whole catalog on someone who only asked the price. And in the middle, your team's voice: the recorded replies the AI sends when it recognizes one of the usual questions.

The screen, part by part

On screen: The "Intent & catálogo" (Intents & catalog) screen with the intent predictions and recorded replies on the left and, on the right, the offer catalog and the success cases. On the left, what leads asked for and your team's voice. On the right, the records: what you sell and your cases.

  1. What leads asked for: You do not fill in this card: it fills itself as people write. Clicking a row opens that lead's record.
  2. A reading, inside: The lead's name, the intent read, and conf — how sure the AI is of that reading, from 0 to 1. "Indefinida" (Undefined) means the message was not a commercial request. When an offer matches, "Oferta sugerida" (Suggested offer) appears with its name.
  3. The offer catalog: What you sell, in the words the AI uses. "+ Nova" (+ New) opens the form; clicking an existing offer opens the same window to edit.
  4. An offer's card: This is the text that goes out in the conversation, not the "Preço (R$)" (Price (R$)) field.
  5. The tag, or the paused notice: The offer's first tag appears here, so you can find the right offer in a long list. If it is offline, this same spot shows "PAUSADA" (PAUSED).
  6. Your cases: The record of the cases that worked out, with the result highlighted. It is your organized collection — read the section about cases before counting on it inside conversations.
  7. The recorded replies: The library with your team's voice: each row is an audio, with who recorded it and the question it answers. The section on recorded replies, further below, explains the choice and the step-by-step.

How the AI chooses the offer

Each lead message gets an intent reading, and only four of them can match an offer: "Dúvida de produto" (Product question), "Preço/proposta" (Price/proposal), "Intenção de compra" (Purchase intent), and "Agendamento" (Scheduling). They are exactly the four markers in the record. Greetings, support, and requests for a human do not pull in any offer, and that is on purpose.

When the reading matches an active offer that declares that intent, it rises to the highlight of the reply. From there on, three rules apply:

  • The offer that declares fewer intents wins. The specific beats the generic: an offer marked only "Preço/proposta" (Price/proposal) goes ahead of one marked with all four.
  • If they tie on the number of intents, the oldest wins.
  • At most two offers go to the highlight of the same reply.

It is worth understanding what matching does not do: all active offers remain available to the conversation at all times. It hides nothing, it only decides what goes on top. What takes an offer out of the AI's mouth is "Pausar oferta" (Pause offer), and nothing else.

Create an offer

  1. Open "+ Nova" (+ New): In the "Catálogo de ofertas" (Offer catalog) card, top right corner. To change an existing offer, click it: the same window opens.
  2. Write the title and the description: "Título" (Title) is required and is the name the AI uses for the offer. The "Descrição" (Description) is what it says: one or two sentences that answer "what is this and who is it for".
  3. Write the price it can mention: The "Preço (texto livre — o que a IA cita)" (Price (open text — what the AI quotes)) field is the only price that goes out in the conversation.
  4. Mark the intents: In "Intenções que casam com esta oferta" (Intents that match this offer), mark only the requests this offer answers better than the others. Less is more: that is how it wins the highlight.
  5. Save: The offer starts active and already applies to the next conversation. There is no approval and no waiting.

The fields the AI does not say

Half of the record does not become conversation — it becomes numbers. It is still worth filling in, and worth knowing why:

"Preço (R$)" (Price (R$))
The value as a number, for calculations. It is not spoken: it feeds the sales report and the best-sellers card of the Success monitor.
SKU
The item code in your internal system. It is not spoken either; it is what ties this offer to orders when your sales come into the dashboard.
"Estoque" (Stock)
The quantity, if you track it. It is not spoken and does not block anything on its own.
"Link de pagamento" (Payment link)
The URL where the person pays. When the lead shows purchase intent and the offer has a link, the AI shares it. Payment happens through your usual billing method — the dashboard does not process it and does not sit in the middle.
Tags
Your own tags, separated by commas. The first one appears on the list card and helps you find the right offer when the list grows.

Import from a spreadsheet

If you already have your product list in a spreadsheet, you do not need to type offer by offer. "Importar planilha" (Import spreadsheet), at the top of the catalog, accepts XLSX or CSV and shows a preview before saving anything.

  1. Download the template or use your own spreadsheet: Columns are recognized by name, with or without accents: "Título" (Title) (or "Nome" (Name), "Produto" (Product)), "Descrição" (Description), "Preço" (Price), SKU (or "Código" (Code)), "Estoque" (Stock), "Etiquetas" (Tags), and "Ativa" (Active). Only the title is required. The first row is the header; only the first tab is read.
  2. Check the preview: Each row appears with what will happen: "criar" (create), "atualizar" (update), or "erro" (error) (no title, a price that is not a number). A row with an error is skipped; the others go in.
  3. Confirm: A row with an already registered SKU updates the offer — that is how the price list stays current: re-import the spreadsheet and prices change without duplicating anything. Without a SKU, an identical title updates and a new one creates.

Taking an offer offline

There is no deleting an offer. There is "Pausar oferta" (Pause offer), inside the edit window. Once paused, it leaves the AI's mouth immediately and gets the "PAUSADA" (PAUSED) mark in the list, without losing anything — description, price, intents, and history all stay there. "Reativar oferta" (Reactivate offer) returns everything as it was.

Reading the intent predictions

The card on the left is for reading, not for records: you do not create or delete anything in it. The list keeps the most recent reading of each contact, up to 20 contacts, and it is the quick answer to "what are people asking for this week".

  • conf is the confidence of the reading, from 0 to 1. A low number means an ambiguous message — it is worth opening the conversation in the Inbox before drawing conclusions.
  • "Indefinida" (Undefined) appears when the message was not a commercial request: a greeting, thanks, venting.
  • "Oferta sugerida" (Suggested offer) shows which offer matched. A lead asking for a price with no suggested offer means one of two things: no active offer declares "Preço/proposta" (Price/proposal), or the one that did is paused.

Recorded replies: your team's voice

There are questions every lead asks — how much it costs, how long it takes — and nobody answers them better than someone from your team, in their own voice. The "Respostas gravadas" (Recorded replies) card stores those audios: you record (or upload the file), say who recorded it, and link the recording to one of the four questions — the same ones as in the offer record. When the AI is sure the lead asked that question, it sends the audio before the text reply, like a salesperson who sends the audio and follows up with the next question.

The choice that matters happens before you press the record button: which question deserves a real voice? A good candidate is one that calls for trust, not information — the price explained calmly by someone who knows, the lead time stated by the person who installs. A question whose answer changes every week is a bad candidate: audio is not edited, it is re-recorded.

  1. Open "+ Nova gravação" (+ New recording): In the "Respostas gravadas" (Recorded replies) card, top right corner.
  2. Record now, or upload a file: "Gravar agora" (Record now) uses the microphone, with a preview to listen and re-record before saving. If your browser only records in a format WhatsApp does not accept, the screen warns you — the way forward is then "Enviar arquivo" (Upload file): the salesperson records the audio in WhatsApp on their own phone and forwards the file to you (OGG, MP3, or M4A/AAC, up to 16 MB).
  3. Enter the title and who recorded it: The title is how the recording appears in the list and in the Inbox ("How much does it cost — Marina's reply"). "Quem gravou" (Recorded by) is the voice credit: it is what your team sees when hovering over the bubble, to understand whose audio the AI sent.
  4. Link it to the question it answers: The same four markers as the offers. Each question accepts only one recording — if the marker appears disabled, another recording already answers for it; unlink that one first. Without a link, the audio stays stored in the library and is not sent.

On screen: A conversation in the Inbox where the AI sent a recorded reply: the audio bubble with a player and the "Resposta gravada" (Recorded reply) label, followed by the text reply. The conversation as your team sees it in the Inbox: the recorded audio goes out first, the text follows as usual.

  1. The audio, before the text: The recording goes out in its own bubble, first — answering the question the lead just asked. Anyone on the team can listen here to the same audio the lead received.
  2. The label that explains the bubble: "Resposta gravada" (Recorded reply) · title tells your team that this audio came from the library, and hovering shows whose voice it is. The lead sees no label at all — for them, an ordinary audio arrives on WhatsApp.
  3. The conversation continues in text: The audio complements, it does not replace: the AI continues with the written reply and its questions, as in any conversation.
  4. The reading that triggered the audio: The conversation's dossier shows the recognized question — the same reading that matches offers. It was because of that reading, and the AI's confidence in it, that the recording went out.

When in doubt, text only. If the AI is not sure what the lead meant, or if the recognized question has no linked recording, the reply goes out in writing, as always — the audio never delays or replaces the service.

  • It applies to WhatsApp conversations. On other channels the reply stays in text.
  • Outside the 24-hour window no audio goes out: that is WhatsApp's rule for free-form messages. The conversation continues by text or through an approved template, and the recording goes out again when the lead replies.
  • "Remover" (Remove) takes the recording out of the AI's mouth immediately — always with confirmation —, but conversations that already received it keep the audio in their history.

Success stories

It is your social proof organized in one place — the one you copy into a proposal, an ad, or a reply you write yourself.

When it did not offer what it should have

Check in this order — the problem is almost always in the first two steps:

  1. Is the offer active?: Is there a "PAUSADA" (PAUSED) badge on the card? Open it and click "Reativar oferta" (Reactivate offer).
  2. Does it declare the right intent?: A price question does not match an offer that has only "Agendamento" (Scheduling) checked. Open the offer and check the markers.
  3. Is a more specific one winning?: If a second offer covers the same topic while declaring fewer intents, that is the one that shows up. Reduce the intents of the one you want in front.
  4. Does the price exist?: With no text in the free price field, the AI has no value to quote and the answer goes out without a number.
  5. Read the conversation: In Inbox you see what the lead actually wrote. Many “price questions” are, once you read them, a product question — and the offer that answers that is a different one.

Who can change things

  • Create and edit offers, cases, and recorded responses: only the account Owner.
  • Open the screen, read the predictions, listen to the recordings, and jump to leads: anyone on the team.
