Your invoice: what the partner pays the platform for active accounts

"Sua fatura" (Your invoice) is the reseller portal screen that shows the partner who pays the platform per active account the prepaid invoice for each month, how we arrived at the number of accounts and the payment link.

When it appears: It only appears for partners with a pay-per-active-account contract. A partner who receives their share in each customer payment does not have this screen: their money is in "Repasses" (Payouts).

Who can use it

RoleWhat you see and do
OwnerThe portal has a single login, the reseller's. Whoever signs in sees every invoice and pays through each invoice's link.
AdminDoes not apply: the team roles of a customer account do not exist in the portal. The end customer never sees the partner's invoice.
AgentAn agent from a customer account cannot access the reseller portal.

Summary

Three numbers from your client portfolio.

Fields and filters

"Fatura de ‹mês›" (‹month› invoice)
The total of the most recent monthly invoice and its status.
"Contas ativas no pico" (Active accounts at peak)
The highest daily count of active accounts in the month the invoice charged.
"Em aberto" (Open)
The amount still to pay and when it is due; "Nada" (Nothing) when everything is paid.

The invoice

The invoice closes on the 1st of every month with the modules for the month that is starting and the active accounts at the peak of the month that just ended. Each account pays the price of the tier it falls in: the more accounts, the lower the price per account.

Fields and filters

"Contas ativas · ‹n›" (Active accounts · ‹n›)
The month's peak and the day it happened. In "Ver detalhe" (View details), how many accounts fell in each tier and the price of each.
"Módulos adicionais" (Add-on modules)
The accounts with "Base de conhecimento avançada" (Advanced knowledge base) and with "Formulários no WhatsApp" (WhatsApp Forms) in your contract.
"Acerto das contas de ‹mês›" (‹month› accounts adjustment)
When a month's actual count arrives after the invoice has closed, the next invoice settles the difference, up or down.
"Crédito da fatura de ‹mês›" (Credit from the ‹month› invoice)
What an adjustment in your favor left over on the previous invoice; it comes off this invoice's total.
"Taxa da instalação · ‹tamanho›" (Installation fee · ‹size›)
Dedicated infrastructure only: the operation, updates, monitoring and backups of your installation, by its size.
"Capacidade" (Capacity)
Dedicated infrastructure only: the size in your region's city, the add-on blocks and the autoscaling hours of the month that ended. In "Ver detalhe" (View details), each part. The hours never go over the spending cap you set.
"Preço especial da instalação · ‹%›" (Installation special price · ‹%›)
The discount agreed for your installation, on the fee, the capacity and the blocks.
"Crédito da redução de capacidade · ‹instalação›" (Capacity reduction credit · ‹installation›)
When capacity goes down in the middle of the month, the difference for the remaining days comes back as a credit on this invoice.

"Esconder detalhe" (Hide details)

"Pagar agora" (Pay now)

  • Capacity that goes up in the middle of the month comes in a separate invoice, Ajuste de capacidade de ‹dia› (capacity adjustment), with the difference for the days left in the month. It is charged right away.
  • Invoice in US dollars: issued without a Brazilian tax invoice.
  • While the charge is being generated, the screen says the link will show up there as soon as it is issued.

Your contract

Fields and filters

"Licença de parceiro" (Partner license)
Billed separately, or on its own invoice at the start of each period, depending on the contract.

How we got to ‹n› accounts

Frequently asked questions

What counts as an active account?

An account in your client portfolio that is not suspended, with a valid link on that day and at least one connected channel or one team login in the last 30 days. A demo account never counts.

Why pay by the peak and not the average?

The invoice charges the highest daily count of the month. An account that joins or leaves mid-month counts on the days it was active, with no proration.

What if a day had no count?

The day repeats the last count received and shows as "Estimada" (Estimated). When the actual count arrives, the next invoice settles the difference.
