Your brand: how to set up white label with your own name, logo, colors, and address

"Sua marca" (Your brand) is the reseller portal screen where they build the own brand their customers see (name, logo, colors, login screen, and access address), check everything in the mirror, and publish it for the whole portfolio.

Who can use it

RoleWhat you see and do
OwnerThe portal has a single access, the reseller's. Whoever signs in edits the brand, the address, and who can create an account, and decides when to go live.
AdminNot applicable: the team roles of a customer account do not exist in the portal. The end customer only sees the result (the brand in their own panel), never this screen.
AgentAn agent from a customer account cannot access the reseller portal.

Screens

"Sua marca" (Your brand)

The "Sua marca" (Your brand) screen is for building the name, logo, colors, login screen phrases, and own address your customers see, checking everything in the mirror, and putting the brand live.

Address in the dashboard: /revenda/marca

The "Sua marca" (Your brand) screen in a demo account, with names and values blurred.

"Cabeçalho" (Header)

The screen title, whether the brand is already live, and what is still missing to start selling.

Buttons and actions

"Abrir Preços e margens" (Open Prices & margins)
Appears in the top notice when "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) is enabled and opens that screen's "Mensalidade" (Subscription) tab.
  • A badge reading "No ar" (Live) or "Ainda não está no ar" (Not live yet).
  • Time of the last automatic save (or "Nada salvo ainda" (Nothing saved yet)) and how many accounts use your brand.
  • A "Falta algo para vender" (Something is missing to start selling) notice, with an explanation on hover, while name, logo, and colors are not complete and live.
  • With "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) enabled, a notice at the top says that the price for new customers is now in "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins).

Name and logo

What your customer reads before typing the password. Everything you change is saved automatically within moments.

Fields and filters

"Nome que aparece para o cliente" (Name shown to the customer)
The business name that appears on the login screen and at the top of the customer's panel. Use the business name, not the legal name.
"Fundo da logo" (Logo background)
"Nenhum" (None), "Claro" (Light), or "Escuro" (Dark). Each option shows your logo inside it; the background follows the logo in the panel, on the login screen, and in emails.

Buttons and actions

"Enviar logo" (Upload logo)
Chooses the logo image (PNG or JPG, up to 1 MB). A transparent background and a horizontal format fit best.
"Trocar" (Change)
Uploads another image in place of the current logo.
"Remover" (Remove)
Asks for confirmation to remove the logo.
"Onde isso aparece" (Where this appears)
On hover, explains that the background applies in the panel, on the login screen, and in emails.
  • An image over 1 MB is rejected, with a request to reduce it and try again.
  • A very light logo triggers a warning that it disappears on the panel's light background, suggesting you upload a dark version or choose a background.

Remove your logo?

Confirmation before removing the logo: accounts go back to showing only the name in the sidebar.

Buttons and actions

"Manter logo" (Keep logo)
Closes without changing anything.
"Remover logo" (Remove logo)
Removes the logo from the brand draft.

The login screen

The headline, the line below it, and the panel badge the customer sees before signing in.

Fields and filters

"Manchete" (Headline)
A short sentence, the way you sell; it is the larger text in the panel. The counter shows how many characters are left and changes color near the limit.
"Subtítulo" (Subtitle)
Two lines explaining what the customer gains. It does not appear on mobile, so the headline must stand on its own.

Buttons and actions

"Mostrar" (Show)
Keeps the badge line above the headline, which introduces the animated card.
"Ocultar" (Hide)
Removes the badge: the headline opens the panel on its own.
  • Leaving both phrases blank is a valid choice: the screen shows a neutral phrase that describes the product without speaking for you, and the field already displays that phrase as an example.

Colors

Buttons, highlights, and the login screen use a gradient that starts at your color.

Fields and filters

"Cor principal" (Main color)
Your brand color, chosen from the swatches or in "Cor personalizada" (Custom color).
"Fim do degradê" (Gradient end)
Where the gradient ends. Change it only if you do not like the combination; most people leave it as is.

Buttons and actions

"Cor personalizada" (Custom color)
Opens the picker to choose any color, including by hexadecimal code.
  • A sample button with the gradient applied: this is how your brand's buttons will look.

Access address

The own address through which your whole portfolio signs in; without it, customers sign in through an address with the platform's name.

Fields and filters

"Endereço que seus clientes vão digitar" (Address your customers will type)required
An address on a domain of your company, for example app.suaempresa.com.br. The preview shows what the sign-in address will look like.
"Quem cuida do seu site?" (Who manages your website?)
"Outra pessoa cuida" (Someone else handles it): the panel builds a ready-made message to send to whoever manages the website. "Eu mesmo mexo no DNS" (I handle the DNS myself): shows the two records for you to create.

Buttons and actions

"Continuar" (Continue)
Accepts the typed address and shows what needs to be created in the DNS.
"Copiar mensagem pronta" (Copy ready-made message)
Copies the message with the two records (TXT and CNAME) to send to whoever manages the website.
"Copiar o valor do registro ‹tipo›" (Copy the ‹type› record value)
On the technical path, copies the value of the TXT or CNAME record.
"Já criaram — conferir" (Already created — check)
Registers the address and checks whether the records are already in the DNS.
"Trocar endereço" (Change address)
Goes back to type another address before registering.
"Verificar agora" (Verify now)
Checks again the DNS of an already registered address.
"Remover endereço" (Remove address)
Asks for confirmation to remove the own address.
  • A status badge: "Ainda sem endereço" (No address yet), "Procurando seu DNS" (Looking for your DNS), or "Ativo" (Active).
  • The TXT record proves the address is yours; the CNAME brings access to the panel. On Cloudflare, the CNAME must be set to "Somente DNS" (DNS only, gray cloud).
  • While it is looking, the panel checks on its own for up to 24 hours and the screen changes when the address is live.
  • "Ativo" (Active): customers sign in at the own address from the very first screen, with the browser padlock already issued.

Remove the address?

Confirmation: customers go back to signing in through the platform's address; colors and logo remain, and anyone with the panel open at that address needs to sign in again.

Buttons and actions

"Manter endereço" (Keep address)
Closes without changing anything.
"Remover endereço" (Remove address)
Removes the own address from the portfolio.

Who can create an account

Decides whether, at your address, customers can create the account on their own or only sign in after you register them.

Fields and filters

"O cliente paga por mês" (Customer pays per month)
On the slider (without "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) enabled): the subscription for those who sign up on their own.
"Você recebe por mês" (You receive per month)
On the slider: your share within the same charge, limited by what the platform needs to retain.

Buttons and actions

"Só quem eu cadastrar" (Only people I register)
Closes sign-up: the footer of the login screen has no invitation to create an account.
"Qualquer um pode criar conta" (Anyone can create an account)
Opens sign-up: whoever arrives at your address creates the account on their own, at the price for new customers.
"Copiar endereço" (Copy address)
With sign-up open, copies the sign-up address to share.
"Abrir de verdade" (Open for real)
Opens the sign-up address in a new tab.
"Ajustar em Preços e margens" (Adjust in Prices & margins)
With "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) enabled, takes you to the "Mensalidade" (Subscription) tab to change the price for those who arrive on their own.
"Salvar este preço" (Save this price)
Without "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) enabled, the price for those who sign up on their own is adjusted here, on the price slider, and saved with this button.
  • If something is missing to open sign-up (active address, live brand, or price agreement), "Falta um passo antes de abrir" (One step is missing before opening) appears, with the reason, one at a time.
  • With sign-up live, the card shows the subscription and the share for those who sign up on their own, and the sign-up address.
  • A fixed notice: the account you sell is a subscription plus top-up; extra top-ups are made by the customer and your share lands in your receiving account.

Language for new accounts

Defines which service languages your brand's next account is born with; each account can change them later, in Settings.

Fields and filters

Main language
The language the new account is born serving in: Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Portuguese (Mozambique), English (US), Spanish (Latin America) or French.
Accepted languages
The checked boxes are the languages the new account's AI talks in. The main one is always checked.

Buttons and actions

"Tentar de novo" (Try again)
Retries saving or reading when it fails.
Undo the change
After an error when saving, goes back to what was saved.
  • Saves right away on every change, with the notice "Pronto: as próximas contas da sua marca nascem com estes idiomas." (Done: your brand's next accounts are born with these languages.) It does not enter the draft or the go-live bar, because it does not change what the customer sees on screen.
  • Note at the bottom of the card: changing it here does not touch the accounts that already use your brand and does not need to go live; it applies to the next account created.
  • Error when saving: "Não foi possível salvar os idiomas." (The languages could not be saved.) New accounts keep being born as before.

What your customers see with your brand

The item-by-item scoreboard, built from your account's real state: what the customer already sees with your brand and what they still see with the platform's.

  • Each item has a "Já é seu" (Already yours) or "Ainda é nosso" (Still ours) badge, a title, and the consequence.
  • "Se o cliente perguntar" (If the customer asks): the ready-made phrase to answer the customer about the brand.

How your customer sees it (mirror)

The preview, with the real components, of the login screen and the customer's panel with your brand, before going live.

Buttons and actions

"Tela de entrada" (Login screen)
Shows the customer's login screen with your brand.
"Painel" (Dashboard)
Shows the customer's panel with your brand, in a sample scene.
"Claro" (Light)
Preview in the light theme.
"Escuro" (Dark)
Preview in the dark theme.
"Computador" (Computer)
On the login screen, shows the desktop version.
"Celular" (Mobile phone)
On the login screen, shows the mobile version.
"Só por convite" (Invite only)
Preview of the login screen without the invitation to create an account.
"Cadastro aberto" (Open sign-up)
Preview of the login screen with the "Criar conta" (Create account) invitation.
"Abrir de verdade" (Open for real)
Opens the login screen at your own address. Without an active address it is disabled, with an explanation on hover.
  • The preview's address bar shows your own address, or the platform's while yours does not exist.
  • When the preview of who can create an account differs from what is in effect, a notice explains that it is only a preview.

Go-live bar

A fixed bar at the bottom of the screen that appears when what is saved differs from what is live, or when the brand has never been published.

Buttons and actions

"Descartar" (Discard)
Asks for confirmation to go back to the live brand.
"Colocar no ar" (Go live)
Publishes the brand. The first time it publishes directly; with accounts using the brand, it asks for confirmation first.
"Tentar de novo" (Try again)
Appears in place of "Colocar no ar" (Go live) if publishing fails; what you changed stays saved.
  • Bar message: "Você mudou coisas que seus clientes ainda não veem" (You changed things your customers do not see yet).

Go live for ‹n› accounts?

Publish confirmation with active accounts: they change color and logo; whoever has the panel open sees it on reload, and the login screen changes within moments.

Buttons and actions

"Cancelar" (Cancel)
Closes without publishing.
"Colocar no ar" (Go live)
Publishes the brand to the whole portfolio.

Discard the changes?

Confirmation to go back to the live brand; whatever was changed since then is lost.

Buttons and actions

"Continuar editando" (Keep editing)
Closes and keeps the draft.
"Descartar alterações" (Discard changes)
Deletes the draft and goes back to the published brand.

Screen states

Loading
The cards appear with readable titles and the content as a skeleton, and the mirror frame is already drawn.
If something goes wrong
"Não conseguimos carregar a sua marca" (We could not load your brand): the screen explains that nothing you built was lost and that the live brand stays the same for customers, with the "Tentar de novo" (Try again) button. The address and who-can-create-an-account cards have their own error, with the same guarantee.
Brand never published
The go-live bar appears even with no pending changes.
Address registered and not found yet
A "Procurando seu DNS" (Looking for your DNS) badge and the explanation that the DNS can take up to 24 hours.
Publishing failure
The bar gets an error border, the sentence describing the problem, and the "Tentar de novo" (Try again) button.

  1. Open "Sua marca" (Your brand) in the portal menu.
  2. Under "Nome e logotipo" (Name and logo), fill in "Nome que aparece para o cliente" (Name shown to the customer) and click "Enviar logo" (Upload logo).
  3. Under "Cores" (Colors), choose the "Cor principal" (Main color); adjust "Fim do degradê" (Gradient end) only if needed.

  2. Under "Quem cuida do seu site?" (Who manages your website?), choose "Outra pessoa cuida" (Someone else handles it) and click "Copiar mensagem pronta" (Copy ready-made message), or "Eu mesmo mexo no DNS" (I handle the DNS myself) to see the TXT and CNAME records.
  3. After the records are created, click "Já criaram — conferir" (Already created — check).

How to let customers create their own account at your address

  1. Make sure the own address is "Ativo" (Active) and that the brand is live.
  2. In the "Quem pode criar conta" (Who can create an account) card, choose "Qualquer um pode criar conta" (Anyone can create an account).

  2. Confirm with "Descartar alterações" (Discard changes): the brand goes back to the one that is live.

Frequently asked questions

Can I create new accounts that already serve in English or in European or Mozambican Portuguese?

Yes. In "Idioma das contas novas" (Language for new accounts), choose the main language and the accepted ones: your brand's next account is born with them. Accounts that already exist do not change, and each account can adjust later in Settings. The dashboard stays in Portuguese.

Do brand changes show up for customers right away?

No. Everything you change is saved as a draft and only reaches customers when you click "Colocar no ar" (Go live). Until then, they keep seeing the published brand.

Do I need to set up a brand for each customer?

No. You build it once and the whole portfolio inherits the same brand; a single own address also serves all customers, and each one lands in their own panel.

Is the own address mandatory?

Without it, customers sign in through an address with the platform's name in the browser bar. It is also required to open sign-up on your own address.

I used Cloudflare and the address is not verified. What should I do?

Leave the CNAME record as "Somente DNS" (DNS only, gray cloud), with no proxy. With the proxy on, verification does not pass.

Can I leave the login screen headline blank?

Yes. The screen shows a neutral phrase that describes the product, without naming the platform, and the scoreboard does not require those fields.

Does removing the own address delete my brand?

No. Colors and logo remain; only sign-in goes back to the platform's address, and anyone who had the panel open at your address needs to sign in again.

Where do I change the price for those who sign up on their own?

With the "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) feature enabled, on the "Mensalidade" (Subscription) tab of that screen (the shortcut "Ajustar em Preços e margens" (Adjust in Prices & margins) takes you there). Without it, on the slider of the "Quem pode criar conta" (Who can create an account) card.
