Revenue: sales cycle, win rate by ideal customer, and loss reasons

The Revenue screen lets you see the entire sales cycle over "30 dias" (30 days) or "90 dias" (90 days), prove with your own numbers whether the ideal customer wins more, understand why deals are lost, and see what the AI has learned about who buys.

When it appears: The Revenue item only appears in the menu when the Revenue AI module is active on the account (turned on in "Configurações" (Settings) → "Módulos" (Modules)).

Screens

Revenue

The Revenue screen lets you read, in one place, the inbound cycle with each stage's rate, the win rate by ideal-customer fit tier, losses by reason, and the actions suggested by rule.

Buttons and actions

"30 dias" (30 days)
Shows the numbers for the last 30 days. This is the period the screen opens with.
"90 dias" (90 days)
Widens all the cards to the last 90 days.
  • Subtitle: "O ciclo inbound de ponta a ponta, com o aprendizado voltando ao cliente ideal." (The inbound cycle from end to end, with the learning feeding back into the ideal customer.)

"O ciclo" (The cycle)

The stages of the sales cycle, each with the number of leads and the share of the period's new leads.

  • New leads, evaluated by ICP, with high ICP, qualified, meeting scheduled, in negotiation, and won, in that order.
  • Each stage shows the number, a bar, and the percentage; in negotiation and won are snapshots of right now, with no percentage.
  • The won stage is highlighted with the brand border.
  • Bottom line: "Ganhos no período" (Won in the period), with the summed value of the won deals.

"O ICP funciona?" (Does the ICP work?)

The win rate among deals with an outcome, split by ideal-customer fit tier.

  • One row per tier (high, medium, low, and not evaluated) with the number of deals and the win percentage.
  • Below each tier, the average won ticket, when available.
  • The low and not-evaluated tiers appear in gray; the others, in the brand gradient.

"Por que perdemos" (Why we lose)

The period's losses grouped by the reason marked in the "Funil" (Pipeline), with the summed value.

  • One row per reason with the quantity, the summed value, and a proportional bar.

"O que a IA aprendeu" (What the AI learned)

The latest version of the ideal customer calculated by the AI.

  • Title with the version: Calculated ICP v‹n›.
  • The sentence that summarizes the ideal customer, highlighted.
  • The attributes with each one's weight and the evidence that supports it.
  • The differences compared to the ideal customer declared by the account.
  • With no calculated version, the card says what is still missing (outcomes and wins) instead of making things up.

"Ações sugeridas" (Suggested actions)

Actions generated by rule from the screen's numbers, each with the number that justifies it.

  • Title: "Ações sugeridas (por regra, com o número que justifica)" (Suggested actions (by rule, with the number that justifies it)).
  • Each action shows the text and, below it, the number that made it appear.

Nothing here yet
With no outcomes in the period, "O ICP funciona?" (Does the ICP work?) says "Sem negócios com desfecho no período. Marque ganho e perdido no Funil para medir." (No deals with an outcome in the period. Mark won and lost in the Pipeline to measure.) With no losses, "Por que perdemos" (Why we lose) says "Nenhum negócio perdido no período" (No deals lost in the period). With no rule triggered, "Ações sugeridas" (Suggested actions) says "Nenhuma regra disparou com os números deste período. Isso é bom sinal, ou pouca amostra." (No rule fired with this period's numbers. That is a good sign, or a small sample.)
If something goes wrong
"Não foi possível carregar o Revenue" (Revenue could not be loaded), with "Nada mudou. Tente de novo." (Nothing changed. Try again.) and the button "Tentar de novo" (Try again).
The Revenue AI module is off
The card "O Revenue precisa do módulo Revenue AI ligado" (Revenue needs the Revenue AI module turned on), explaining that without the module the numbers are not calculated, and the button "Abrir Módulos" (Open Modules).

Step by step

How to turn on the Revenue AI module to see the Revenue screen

  1. Open "Configurações" (Settings) and go to "Módulos" (Modules); if the Revenue screen shows the module notice, use the "Abrir Módulos" (Open Modules) button.
  2. Turn on the Revenue AI module.
  3. Go back to the menu: the Revenue item appears in the "Inteligência" (Intelligence) group.

How to tell whether the ideal customer (ICP) really sells more

  1. Open Revenue and choose "90 dias" (90 days) to get more deals with an outcome.
  2. In the "O ICP funciona?" (Does the ICP work?) card, compare the win percentage of the high tier with that of the low tier.
  3. If the card says there are no outcomes, mark won and lost on the Pipeline cards and come back later.

How to see the reasons deals are lost

  1. Open Revenue and choose the period.
  2. In the "Por que perdemos" (Why we lose) card, see the reasons in order, with the quantity and the summed value.
  3. To fix a reason, open the lead's card in the "Funil" (Pipeline): that is where the reason comes from.

How to track the cycle stage where leads stall

  1. In Revenue, read the "O ciclo" (The cycle) card from left to right.
  2. Compare the numbers of neighboring stages to find the biggest drop.
  3. Use the "Ações sugeridas" (Suggested actions) as a starting point: each one shows the number that justifies it.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't the Revenue item appear in my menu?

It only appears with the Revenue AI module active. Without the module, the item disappears from the menu and anyone who opens the URL directly sees the notice to turn on the module.

Does the Revenue screen change anything in the Pipeline?

No. It only reads what the Pipeline, the ideal customer, and the outcomes have already recorded. To change a number, change the card in the Pipeline.

Do the suggested actions come from generative AI?

No. They come from rules applied to the screen's own numbers. If no rule fires, the card says so instead of inventing an action.

Which period should I use in Revenue?

"30 dias" (30 days) shows the current month; "90 dias" (90 days) gathers more deals with an outcome, which makes the comparison by ICP tier more reliable when there is little activity.

Why don't "in negotiation" and "won" show a percentage?

Because they are snapshots of right now, not stages counted over the period's new leads. That is why they appear only with the number.

What does the version in "O que a IA aprendeu" (What the AI learned) mean?

It is the number of the latest version of the calculated ideal customer. Each new calculation, with more outcomes, generates a new version; the screen always shows the most recent one.

Help center guide

Revenue

The sales cycle from end to end with the rate of each stage, the proof that the ideal customer works, why you lose, and what the AI learned.

Revenue only exists with the Revenue AI module turned on (Settings → Modules). It is a read-only screen: it gathers what the "Funil" (Pipeline), the "Cliente ideal" (Ideal customer), and the outcomes have already recorded and answers, in one place, where the cycle loses strength and whether it is worth pushing on people who look like your customer.

On screen: Revenue screen with the cycle in seven stages (new leads, scored by ICP, high ICP, qualified, meeting scheduled, in negotiation, won) with a rate per stage; below, the win rate by fit band, losses by reason, what the AI learned, and the suggested actions. Thirty or ninety days. Every number comes from a record: none is estimated.

The screen, part by part

"O ciclo" (The cycle)
New leads → scored by ICP → high ICP (70 or more) → qualified (hot) → meeting scheduled → in negotiation → won. Each stage shows the number and the share of the period's new leads; "em negociação" (in negotiation) and "ganhos" (won) are snapshots of right now, with no share. In negotiation are the cards from the "Início da negociação" (Start of negotiation) stage onward, up to just before won (on the "Imobiliária" (Real Estate) board, "Pasta" (Application file) and "Aprovação de crédito" (Credit approval)). Without that mark, the stage right before won counts. The mark is in "Configurar quadro" (Configure board) → "Colunas e etapas" (Columns and stages), in the column dialog. LDR and Outbound enter here when they exist.
"O ICP funciona?" (Does the ICP work?)
Among deals with an outcome in the period, the win rate by fit band: high (70+), medium (40 to 69), low (below 40), and unscored, with the average ticket won in each band. It is the proof, with your own numbers, that it is worth prioritizing people who look like your customer.
"Por que perdemos" (Why we lose)
The period's lost deals grouped by the reason chosen in the "Funil" (Pipeline) ("Preço" (Price), "Não é agora" (Not now), "Concorrente" (Competitor), "Sem resposta" (No response), "Não era para nós" (Not a fit), "Outro" (Other)), with the summed value. Without a reason marked there is no bar: that is why the reason is required when marking a deal as lost.
"O que a IA aprendeu" (What the AI learned)
The latest version of the calculated ideal customer: the phrase, the weighted attributes, and the differences from what was declared. With no version, the block says what is missing (how many outcomes and wins) instead of making something up.
"Ações sugeridas" (Suggested actions)
Up to three actions generated by rule from the numbers on the screen, each with the number that justifies it. They don't come from a language model: if the rule doesn't fire, the action doesn't show up.
