Company dashboard
Getting started
- Getting started brings together the panel's entry screens (log in, recover password, accept invitation, activate account) and the recommended order to get the AI handling conversations on day one.
- The side menu and the top bar are the frame of every dashboard screen: they lead to each menu item, search leads, conversations, and pages, show alerts, and hold your profile, theme, and sign-out.
- The "Central de ajuda" (Help center) is the documentation inside the dashboard: one guide per screen, with annotated images and step-by-step instructions, which opens on the topic of the screen you were on.
Operations
- The "Painel" (Dashboard) is the first screen of the panel: it shows, live, how many leads the account has, how many have qualified, how long the AI takes to reply and how many conversations are waiting for a person right now.
- Inbox is the inbox of the panel: all conversations from all channels arrive in a single list, in real time, and it is where the team follows the AI, takes over a conversation, replies, and hands it back to the AI.
- The "Funil" (Pipeline) is the panel's kanban board where each lead becomes a card and each column is a sales stage, with a deadline, round-robin, deal data and a won or lost outcome.
- Follow-up is the cadences screen: automatic sequences of steps that re-engage the lead who stopped replying and stop on their own when the lead replies, when a human takes over or when the deal reaches an outcome.
- CRM & Graph is the dashboard screen that shows all leads separated by temperature ("Quente" (Hot), "Morno" (Warm), "Frio" (Cold)), maps who works at the same company, and opens each person's record with the qualification, the journey and the LGPD actions.
- The "Base de contatos" (Contact base) is the dashboard screen that gathers everyone who has talked to the company or came from a spreadsheet, with filters that show the count before you click, CSV import and export, tags, and the record of who can receive messages.
- The "Empresas" (Companies) screen in the dashboard lists the companies that originated from contacts, with CNPJ, industry and number of contacts, and flags likely duplicates so you can merge two spellings of the same company into a single record.
- The "Agenda" (Calendar) is the weekly read-only screen with the meetings the AI booked during conversations with leads, alongside the busy times in your Google Calendar.
- Handoff is the handoff queue: it gathers the conversations the AI passed to a team member, with the reason, wait time and lead dossier, and it is where you choose who takes over each one.
- "Supervisão" (Supervision) is the service manager's screen: it shows live how many conversations are in the queue, with the AI, and with each agent, and opens any team conversation in read-only mode, with the reading logged in the audit trail.
- Tickets is the record of human service: every time a conversation asks for a person, a numbered ticket is created with the subject, who took over, and the open and close dates, so you can check what is still open.
Intelligence
- "IA própria" (Own AI) is the screen where the company connects its own AI models, using the API key from the provider it chose, decides which model handles each support task and monitors the health, usage and security of those models.
- The Analytics screen is for seeing, in real numbers for the period, how many leads came in, at what stage of the funnel they stall, which channels and sources convert, and how much balance the account consumed per day.
- The Revenue screen lets you see the entire sales cycle over "30 dias" (30 days) or "90 dias" (90 days), prove with your own numbers whether the ideal customer wins more, understand why deals are lost, and see what the AI has learned about who buys.
- The "Investimento → Venda" (Spend → Sale) report is the screen that crosses ad spend, imported by spreadsheet, with leads and board stages, to show how much each lead and each sale cost and the return of each campaign, ad set, and ad.
- The "Pergunte à IA" (Ask the AI) screen lets you ask questions in natural language about your account numbers and see, with the lead's own words as proof, which objections block sales the most.
- The "Monitor de sucesso" (Success monitor) is the screen that splits customers who have already purchased into RFV groups (recency, frequency and value), shows sales and open orders, and creates AI agents to re-engage each group.
- Personas A/B is the panel item that puts two versions of the service AI live at the same time, measures which one converts more leads into qualified ones, and lets you edit how each version speaks.
- "Intent & catálogo" (Intents & catalog) is the dashboard item where you register what you sell and the answers recorded by your team, and track the intent the AI detected in each conversation to choose the right offer.
- "Qualificação" (Qualification) is the dashboard item where you define which audiences the AI talks to and what it needs to find out about each one (need, budget, decision-maker, and timeline) to give the lead a score from 0 to 100.
- "Base de conhecimento" (Knowledge base) is the dashboard item where you teach the AI about your company: everything registered there becomes the source of truth for answers, and what is not in the base it passes to the team instead of making things up.
- The Advanced base is the module that makes the AI learn from conversations (with your approval), query your system during service, keep the catalog up to date on its own, act when your system sends a notice, and follow flows designed node by node.
- "Voz & tom" (Voice & tone) is the panel item that shows the audio received from leads with transcript and speech register, and where you choose the synthetic voice the AI uses to reply with audio on WhatsApp.
- "Modelos de mensagem" (Message templates) is the area of the dashboard where the company writes, submits for Meta approval and tracks its WhatsApp templates, the only messages that can be sent to someone who hasn't written in the last 24 hours.
- "Formulários" (Forms) is the area of the panel where the company publishes to Meta the screens that open inside WhatsApp (WhatsApp Flows), so the customer can fill in an order, scheduling, quote, visit or registration in one go; the AI offers each form at the right moment in the conversation, and the response arrives organized in the Inbox and on the lead.
- "Campanhas" (Campaigns) is the dashboard area that sends a message template approved by Meta to an audience from your base, shows how many contacts will receive it and the estimated cost before sending, and tracks deliveries, reads, replies and failures.
Account
- "Saldo & Recargas" (Balance & top-ups) is the dashboard's billing screen: it shows how much the account has for the AI to spend, receives top-ups by Pix, boleto, or card, and shows the plan, this month's usage, the tax invoices, and the statement of every debit.
- Compliance is the dashboard's audit and LGPD screen: it shows the trail of everything done on the account, the consent, opt-out and erasure numbers, the legal basis of the first contact and the shortcuts for honoring data subject rights.
- "Conexões" (Connections) is the screen where the account links the channels where the AI serves: Meta's official WhatsApp (up to several numbers), Instagram, SMS, email, and the site's web chat, all landing in the same Inbox.
- The Instagram menu groups the screens that decide what happens once the professional account is connected: comment triggers that send a Direct message, the AI replying to comments, welcome messages, opening questions, story mentions, triggers on lives, and comment moderation.
- "Módulos" (Modules) is the account's add-on store: in it you explore, activate, turn off and turn back on modules such as the "Base de conhecimento avançada" (Advanced knowledge base) and Revenue AI, and ask to be notified when a new module arrives.
- The Integrations area of the dashboard is for connecting the dashboard to the company's other systems: receiving leads via API with an automatic first contact on WhatsApp, notifying your CRM by webhook at every step of the lead, sending funnel conversions back to Meta ads, and receiving sales orders.
- "Configurações" (Settings) is the dashboard screen where the Owner of the account defines the brand, the business industry, when and how the AI serves, who is on the team, and how much the account can spend.
Reseller and partner portal
- Reseller portal access is the entry path for those who resell the platform under their own brand: set the password from the invitation, sign the reseller agreement in the waiting room, wait for the release and enter the reseller area with email and password.
- The partner portal is the area for those in the referral program: there they accept the terms or sign the partnership agreement, copy the referral link, track the referred accounts and the month's commissions and send the invoice for each closing.
- The "Visão geral" (Overview) is the opening dashboard of the reseller portal: at a glance, it shows how much the reseller business earned this month, where the money came from, which accounts need attention and when your share reaches your receiving account.
- "Sua marca" (Your brand) is the reseller portal screen where they build the own brand their customers see (name, logo, colors, login screen, and access address), check everything in the mirror, and publish it for the whole portfolio.
- The "Carteira" (Client portfolio) is the reseller portal screen that lists the reseller's customer accounts with how much each earns, who needs attention today and where the reseller creates new accounts, sets the price, resends the access link and ends the resale.
- "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) is the reseller portal screen that gathers everything that defines the customer's price and the reseller's share: the default margin on usage, each account's margin, and the monthly fee for those who arrive on their own, always with a preview and confirmation before changing anything.
- "Módulos" (Modules) is the reseller portal screen where the reseller sees the catalog of paid modules and, account by account or for the whole portfolio, offers the module to the customer by email or enables it right away, charging the fee to the customer's balance.
- Repasses (Payouts) is the reseller portal screen that shows where their share of each customer payment goes (the receiving account) and the statement of each split: what has arrived, what is on the way, and what did not happen.
- "Demonstração" (Demo) is the reseller portal screen where the reseller creates, opens, recreates, or deletes a showcase account with a fictional company and their own brand, to present the product in meetings without exposing any customer.
