"Novidades" (What's new): what changed in the dashboard, the roadmap and how to vote on what is coming next

"Novidades" (What's new) is where the account follows what changed in the dashboard ("Atualizações" (Updates), with a short presentation of each version) and what is coming next (Roadmap), voting on the ideas that would help customer service the most.

When it appears: Appears in the menu, in the "CONTA" (ACCOUNT) group, on accounts with the community release enabled. Without it, the item disappears from the menu and the screen does not open.

Who can use it

RoleWhat you see and do
OwnerReads the updates and the roadmap and votes.
AdminSame access as the Owner.
AgentSame access: the item appears in the agent's menu and the agent also votes.

Screens

"Novidades" (What's new)

The "Novidades" (What's new) screen is for learning what changed in the dashboard and how to use it, and for saying, with votes, what the platform should build first.

Address in the dashboard: /app/novidades

How to get there: Through the "Novidades" (What's new) item in the menu, in the "CONTA" (ACCOUNT) group. On a partner account, the screen title carries the partner's name ("Novidades da ‹nome›" (What's new from ‹name›)).

Tabs

Two tabs at the top; the screen always opens on "Atualizações" (Updates).

Buttons and actions

"Atualizações" (Updates)
Shows the timeline of versions, grouped by month, from newest to oldest.
Roadmap
Shows the board of ideas in three columns, with voting.

"Atualizações" (Updates)

Only the versions that change the dashboard, signed by the platform team, with no vendor name.

Buttons and actions

"Ver apresentação" (View presentation)
Opens a dialog with short slides of the version: first "O que mudou" (What changed), then a "Na prática" (In practice) slide for each note (or the version's own slides). The counter shows the position (‹n› of ‹total›).
"Anterior" (Previous)
Goes back one slide. It is disabled on the first one.
"Próximo" (Next)
Moves forward one slide. On the last one, the button becomes "Fechar" (Close).
"Fechar" (Close)
Closes the presentation.
  • One heading per month (the month and year of the version).
  • For each version: the date (on numbered versions, "Versão ‹número› · ‹dia/mês›" (Version ‹number› · ‹day/month›)), the title and the notes, one per line, each with a check mark.

Roadmap

Three columns of ideas; your votes add to those of the other customers. The partner's internal ideas do not appear.

Buttons and actions

"Votar em ‹título›, ‹n› votos" (Vote for ‹título›, ‹n› votes)
The arrow button with the number of votes, in the corner of the card. One click registers your vote; if you have already voted, the button now says "Tirar o voto em ‹título›, ‹n› votos" (Remove vote for ‹title›, ‹n› votes) and the click withdraws the vote. Each person has one vote per idea.
"Imagem" (Image)
Clicking the image of a card opens the "Imagem" (Image) dialog with the enlarged picture and the "Fechar" (Close) button.
  • "Planejado" (Planned): no date; the order changes with the votes (the most voted one stays at the top).
  • "Em construção" (In development): people are already working on it.
  • "Lançado" (Released): live for everyone; the card shows "Lançado em ‹mês/ano›" (Released in ‹month/year›).
  • Each column shows how many ideas it has; a column with no ideas says "Nada nesta coluna." (Nothing in this column.)
  • Each card: title, description and images, when there are any.

Frequently asked questions

The "Novidades" (What's new) item does not appear in my menu. Why?

It depends on an account release. If it is not active, the item disappears from the menu and the address of the screen does not open. Talk to the support team to find out whether your account can receive it.

Does voting guarantee the idea will be built?

No. Votes help decide the order of the ideas in the "Planejado" (Planned) column, but the screen does not promise a date. An idea only gets a date when it moves to "Em construção" (In development).

Can I vote more than once on the same idea?

No. Each person has one vote per idea; clicking again withdraws the vote.

What is a version presentation?

It is a dialog with short slides: what changed and, then, how it shows up in practice. It lets the team learn about the update in a minute, without reading the whole text.

Are the updates only for my dashboard?

The list shows the versions that change your account's dashboard. On a partner account, the screen title carries the partner's name, and the roadmap does not show the partner's internal ideas.
