Buttons and actions

"Perguntar" (Ask)
Sends the question. It is grayed out when the field is empty and shows "Analisando…" (Analyzing…) while the answer is being built.
"Quais são as principais objeções dos meus leads?" (What are my leads' main objections?)
Ready-made suggestion: fills the field with the question and sends it right away.

"Ver os números usados" (View the numbers used)
Opens, below the answer, the list of account numbers that support the answer.
"Esconder os números usados" (Hide the numbers used)
Closes the list of numbers used.
"Tentar de novo" (Try again)
Appears when the answer fails. Resends the same question.
  • Subtitle: "Ela responde com os números reais da sua conta — nunca com achismo." (It answers with the real numbers from your account — never with guesswork.)
  • Answer badge: "Resposta da IA" (AI answer) when the text was written by the AI; "Resumo dos números" (Summary of the numbers) when the answer is the direct summary of the aggregates.
  • Before the first question, the hint: "Escolha uma sugestão ou escreva a sua pergunta — a resposta usa só os agregados do período, nunca as conversas." (Choose a suggestion or write your own question — the answer uses only the period's aggregates, never the conversations.)
  • In an account with no analyzed conversations, the hint changes to: "Assim que a IA tiver conversas analisadas, as respostas passam a vir com os seus números." (As soon as the AI has analyzed conversations, answers will come with your numbers.)

"Objeções mais frequentes" (Most frequent objections)

The ranking of objection types for the period, each with the lead's quote as evidence.

Buttons and actions

"‹tipo de objeção›" (‹objection type›)
Each row is a button: clicking opens the real quotes that support the number; clicking again closes them. Hovering over the name shows what counts as that type.
"‹nome do lead›" (‹lead name›)
Inside an open objection, the name of the person who said the quote opens the lead record in the CRM.
  • Subtitle: "O que os leads dizem quando travam — com a frase de cada um como prova." (What leads say when they stall — with each one's quote as proof.)
  • Summary at the top: ‹n› leads raised an objection in the period and ‹n› findings (hover over "achados" (findings) to see how they are counted).
  • Each row shows the type, how many leads, the percentage, and a bar.
  • Each piece of evidence shows the quote in quotation marks, the lead's name, and the date.
  • Footer: "As porcentagens somam 100% — a fração de cada objeção entre os leads que objetaram." (The percentages add up to 100% — each objection's share among the leads who raised objections.)
  • An objection with no saved quote shows "Sem evidências guardadas" (No saved evidence).

"Qualificações do período" (Qualifications for the period)

New leads by qualification tier and the week-by-week trend.

  • One row per tier: "Quente" (Hot), "Morno" (Warm), "Frio" (Cold), and "Sem score" (No score), with the number, percentage, and a bar in the tier's color.
  • New leads per week: stacked bars by tier; hovering shows the week, the total, and how many are in each tier.
  • The weekly chart only appears when the period covers more than one week.

"Por que a IA chamou um humano" (Why the AI called a human)

The reasons for the period's handoffs, with how many times each one happened.

  • Subtitle with the total: ‹n› handoffs in the period.
  • One row per reason with the count (‹n›x).

"O que os leads mais pedem" (What leads ask for the most)

The intents the AI detected in the period's conversations.

  • One row per intent with how many times it appeared, the percentage, and a bar.

Screen states

Loading
Three gray blocks in place of the cards; during a question, gray lines in place of the answer.
Nothing here yet
With no findings, the ranking says "Ainda não há conversas suficientes analisadas" (Not enough conversations analyzed yet). With no new leads, "Qualificações" (Qualifications) says "Sem leads novos no período" (No new leads in the period). With no handoffs: "Nenhum transbordo no período — a IA segurou as conversas sozinha" (No handoffs in the period — the AI handled the conversations on its own). With no intents: "Sem intenções detectadas no período" (No intents detected in the period).
If something goes wrong
A report that fails to load shows "Não foi possível carregar o relatório." (The report could not be loaded.) and the button "Tentar novamente" (Try again). A question that fails shows the reason sentence (or "Não consegui responder agora." (I couldn't answer right now.)) and "Tentar de novo" (Try again).

Step by step

How to find out the main objections of your leads

  1. Open "Pergunte à IA" (Ask the AI) in the menu, in the "Inteligência" (Intelligence) group.
  2. Read the "Objeções mais frequentes" (Most frequent objections) card: the type at the top is the one that appears most.
  3. Click the row to open the leads' quotes and see how each one phrased it.

How to ask the AI a question about your account numbers

  1. Type in the field of the "Pergunte à IA" (Ask the AI) box, for example which objection blocks sales the most.
  2. Click "Perguntar" (Ask) (or press Enter).
  3. To check where the answer came from, click "Ver os números usados" (View the numbers used).

How to open the lead record of a lead who raised an objection

  1. In the "Objeções mais frequentes" (Most frequent objections) card, click the objection type.
  2. On the quote you are interested in, click the lead's name.
  3. The lead record opens in the CRM, with the conversation and the journey.

How to see why the AI hands conversations off to the team

  1. In "Pergunte à IA" (Ask the AI), choose the period.
  2. Read the "Por que a IA chamou um humano" (Why the AI called a human) card, with each reason and how many times it happened.
  3. Or click the suggestion "Por que os leads pedem atendimento humano?" (Why do leads ask for a human agent?) to get the written summary.

Frequently asked questions

Do the period buttons change the answer in the question box?

No. The buttons change the report below the box. The box answers about the last 30 days, as the field's label says.

Can the agent use the "Pergunte à IA" (Ask the AI) box?

Yes. The item appears for all team roles and the answer uses only aggregated numbers, with no lead names or conversations.

What is the difference between "Resposta da IA" (AI answer) and "Resumo dos números" (Summary of the numbers)?

The numbers are the same. "Resposta da IA" (AI answer) is the text written by the AI; "Resumo dos números" (Summary of the numbers) appears when the answer is the direct summary of the aggregates, without the writing.

Can I ask about a specific lead?

The box answers about the whole period, not about one person. To see what a lead said, open their quote in the objection ranking and click the name to go to the lead record.

Why do the objection percentages add up to 100%?

Because each percentage is that type's share among the leads who raised some objection in the period, not among all leads.

What scale do the qualification tiers use?

The same as lead qualification: "Quente" (Hot), "Morno" (Warm), and "Frio" (Cold) by BANT score, and "Sem score" (No score) for those not yet evaluated.

Help center guide

"Pergunte à IA" (Ask the AI)

The objections from the last 30 days with the frequency of each one, the proof in the lead's own phrase — and a box to ask whatever you want about the numbers.

Every week some lead says “it's too expensive”, another says “I'll look at it later” — and those phrases get lost among the conversations. This screen gathers them all: the objections from the last 30 days, how many leads raised each one, the percentage of each type, and the exact phrase from the person who said it. At the top, the "Pergunte à IA" (Ask the AI) box answers any question you have using those numbers.

The screen, part by part

On screen: "Pergunte à IA" (Ask the AI) screen with the question box at the top, the objection ranking on the left, and the qualification, handoff, and intent cards on the right. The report for the last 30 days: free-form question at the top, objections with percentages and proof below.

  1. The free-form question: Write in your own words (“which objection holds back my sales the most?”) or click a ready-made suggestion. The answer comes in seconds, with the numbers for the period — and the badge tells you whether it was "redigida pela IA" (written by the AI) or is the "resumo direto dos números" (direct summary of the numbers).
  2. The objection ranking: Each row is a type of objection, from most to least frequent. The percentage is that type's share among the leads who raised objections — the shares add up to 100%. Hover over the name to see what counts as each type.
  3. The proof, in the lead's own phrase: Click a row and it opens the real phrases behind the number — who said it, when, and a shortcut to the "Ficha do lead" (Lead record). It is the difference between “price comes up a lot” and knowing exactly how the lead talked about price.
  4. "Qualificações do período" (Qualifications for the period): New leads by band — hot, warm, cold, and unscored — and the week-by-week trend. The band is the qualification scale explained in Qualification.
  5. Handoffs and orders: Why the AI called in a person during the period — and, scrolling down, what leads asked for most in conversations. The handoff path itself is covered in Handoff to a human.

Where the numbers come from

Nobody scans your conversations when you open the screen. With every lead message, the AI that already talks on your behalf takes note on the spot when an objection appears — its type and the phrase spoken — and the report only adds up what was noted. That is why it opens instantly and why the evidence is always a phrase that truly exists in the conversation.

The seven types
"Preço" (Price), "Tempo e prioridade" (Time and priority), "Confiança" (Trust), "Concorrente" (Competitor), "Adiamento" (Postponement), "Sem necessidade" (No need), and "Outra objeção" (Other objection). A question about price does not count: an objection requires resistance (“it's too expensive”), not curiosity (“how much does it cost?”).
How it is counted
Each lead counts once per objection type — someone who repeated “it's too expensive” in three messages is a single lead in the number, and the three phrases remain as evidence.
The percentage
It is each type's share among the leads who raised an objection. The shares close at 100% — if price shows 28.6%, it is because 28.6% of those who objected talked about price.
In the lead's journey
The finding also appears on each lead's record, in the journey, as a decision by the "Detector de Objeções" (Objection Detector) — the same trail as the other agents, explained in What the AI does behind the scenes.

How to ask well

  1. Start with the suggestions: "Por que os leads não fecham?" (Why aren't leads closing?) already returns the whole picture: objections, qualifications, and handoffs in a single answer.
  2. Ask about the period, not about a person: The box answers with aggregates — “what is the biggest objection?” works; “what did Maria say yesterday?” is not its job (that is in the Inbox, in the conversation).
  3. Use the answer to act in just one place: Price at the top? Adjust the offer in Intents & catalog or record an answer in your own voice. Trust rising? Feed the Knowledge base with real cases.
  4. Come back in seven days: The same question a week later tells you whether the change moved the number — it is the same reading habit as Analytics.

When the screen looks wrong

  • "Ainda não há conversas suficientes analisadas" (Not enough conversations analyzed yet): this is the normal state of a new account. Findings begin to appear as the AI converses — there is nothing to configure.
  • An objection you heard that is not here: the AI only records what the lead wrote in its own conversations. What was said by phone or with the human agent is not included.
  • The answer came as "resumo dos números" (summary of the numbers): the environment currently has no writing model; the numbers are the same, only the text around them changes.
  • A number different from Analytics: here it counts who raised an objection in the period — including older leads who kept conversing; there, the funnel of new leads. They are different cuts of the same month.
