Reseller modules: how to offer and enable paid modules for your customers

"Módulos" (Modules) is the reseller portal screen where the reseller sees the catalog of paid modules and, account by account or for the whole portfolio, offers the module to the customer by email or enables it right away, charging the fee to the customer's balance.

Who can use it

RoleWhat you see and do
OwnerThe portal has a single login, the reseller's. Whoever signs in offers, enables, and disables modules on any account in the portfolio.
AdminNot applicable: the team roles of a customer account do not exist in the portal. The customer account's Owner sees the offered module under "Configurações" (Settings), with your brand, and can activate it there.
AgentAn agent from a customer account cannot access the reseller portal.

Screens

"Módulos" (Modules)

The "Módulos" (Modules) screen is for choosing a module from the catalog and deciding, account by account or in bulk, who receives the offer by email and on whom it is enabled right away.

Address in the dashboard: /revenda/modulos

Catalog

One card per module, with the name, the summary, and the fee per account. The selected one gets the gradient border.

Buttons and actions

"‹nome do módulo›" (‹module name›)
Selects the module; the lower part of the screen then shows the accounts for it.
"Avise-me" (Notify me)

  • Badge showing how many accounts have the module active out of how many there are, or "em breve" (coming soon).

Buttons and actions

"Oferecer a todas" (Offer to all)

"Habilitar para todas" (Enable for all)
Opens the confirmation to turn the module on for every account with an up-to-date subscription; shows how many.
"Ajustar margem" (Adjust margin)
On the margin card: with "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) available, opens the "Margem sobre o uso" (Margin on usage) tab of that screen; without it, takes you to the "Margem sobre o uso" (Margin on usage) in "Carteira" (Client portfolio).
  • "Sua margem padrão" (Your default margin) (or "Sua margem de uso" (Your usage margin)): the percentage that applies to the module fee, with a notice when it is zero and the fee stays entirely with the platform. With per-item margin, it also shows the module item's own margin ("este item ‹n›%" (this item ‹n›%)) when it exceeds the default.
  • Activation fee for your customer: charged once.
  • "Fica com você" (You keep) per activation.
  • The rule: the customer pays the price list plus margin, from their balance, only once when enabling; your share arrives through the top-up split, under "Repasses" (Payouts). You never pay in advance.

Last batch

Buttons and actions

"Margem" (Margin)
With "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins) available: the account's margin badge, which takes you to it in "Preços e margens" (Prices & margins). When the account follows the default and the default price list gives the module an item margin above the account's margin, this also appears: "este item: ‹n›%" (this item: ‹n›%).
"‹nome do módulo›" (‹module name›)
The status: "ativo" (active), "desligado" (off) (activation already paid), "exige assinatura em dia" (requires an up-to-date subscription), offered on a date, or "não oferecido" (not offered).
"Taxa do cliente" (Customer fee)
The fee the customer pays, or has already paid when the activation was paid.
"Fica com você" (You keep)

"Módulo na conta ‹conta›" (Module on account ‹account›)

  • An account with zero margin shows that the fee stays entirely with the platform.

What your customer sees and "Oferecer" (Offer) × "Habilitar" (Enable)

Two explanatory panels at the bottom of the screen.

  • The customer sees the module under "Configurações" (Settings) → "Módulos" (Modules), with your brand and the fee, offered by you. The platform's name does not appear.
  • "Oferecer" (Offer) sends the email and the customer decides; "Habilitar" (Enable) turns it on right away and charges their balance. Without a balance, nothing is charged and the module does not turn on.

Batch confirmation

"Habilitar ‹módulo› para todas" (Enable ‹module› for all) or "Oferecer ‹módulo› a todas" (Offer ‹module› to all): what is going to happen, how many accounts are eligible now and, when enabling, the total fees charged to customers.

Frequently asked questions

Who pays the module fee?

The customer, from their account balance, only once when enabling. You never pay in advance; your share arrives through the top-up split and appears under "Repasses" (Payouts).

Does turning the module off and back on charge again?

No. Once the activation is paid, the account can turn it off and back on with no new charge.

What is the difference between "Oferecer" (Offer) and "Habilitar" (Enable)?

"Oferecer" (Offer) only sends the email with your fee and the customer decides whether to activate. "Habilitar" (Enable) turns the module on right away and charges the fee to their balance.

Does the customer see the platform's name on the module?

No. They see the module under "Configurações" (Settings), with your brand and an indication that it was offered by you.

Why were some accounts left out of the batch?

Accounts without an up-to-date plan, without balance for the fee, or with the module already active are not included. The last batch summary lists each one with the reason.

Can I enable modules on the demo account?

Yes. In the demo the module turns on with no charge, so you can present it in the meeting.
