"Meu perfil" (My profile)
The My profile screen lets you change the photo, the forum name, the city, the text about you and the brand display, see the numbers of your participation and turn each notice on or off.
Address in the dashboard: /revenda/perfil
How to get there: Through the portal menu, in the Community group, or through Preferences in the forum bell.

Fields and filters
- "Nome no fórum" (Forum name)required
- The name other partners read on your posts and replies, up to 80 characters. If empty, the screen asks you to write it.
- "Cidade e país" (City and country)
- Appears next to Partner since, up to 80 characters.
- "Sobre você" (About you)
- Free text of up to 500 characters.
- "Mostrar o nome da minha marca nos posts" (Show my brand name on posts)
- Switch: on, the brand appears next to your name; off, only your name.
Buttons and actions
- "Pôr foto" (Add photo)
- Chooses a JPG, PNG or WebP image of up to 5 MB and opens the crop. With a photo already set, the button reads "Trocar foto" (Change photo).
- "Trocar foto" (Change photo)
- Chooses another image and opens the crop.
- "Remover" (Remove)
- Opens the confirmation to remove the photo.
- "Salvar" (Save)
- Saves the name, city, text about you and the brand display. Shows the Profile saved notice.
- Without a photo, the initials of the name appear.
- The photo applies across the whole portal: forum, notices, top bar and Copilot.
- If moderation removed the previous photo because of a report, the screen explains it and lets you set another.

Buttons and actions
- "Remover a foto" (Remove the photo)
- Confirms the removal; the initials return in place of the photo, across the whole portal.
- "Cancelar" (Cancel)
- Closes the confirmation without removing.
- The crop has a round preview, to see how the photo will look, and ends with a button that uses the cropped photo.

What reaches you
Switches that apply immediately, with no need to click "Salvar" (Save).
Fields and filters
- "Respostas aos meus posts" (Replies to my posts)
- Bell notice when someone replies to your post or to a post you follow.
- "Quando me mencionam" (When I'm mentioned)
- Notice when someone writes @ and your name.
- "Avisos fixados, também por e-mail" (Pinned announcements, also by email)
- The notice pinned by the platform also reaches your email.
- "Resumo semanal do fórum" (Weekly forum digest)
- One email per week with what moved the forum the most.
- Moderation always notifies you when it acts on your post, even with the preferences turned off.
Screen states
- Loading
- Skeleton card while the profile loads.
- If something goes wrong
- We could not open your profile: the screen did not load and nothing changed in the profile. It offers "Tentar de novo" (Try again).
- Photo in the wrong format or too large
- Error message below the photo and the crop does not open.
- Blank name when saving
- Write the name that appears in the forum.
