Support: open a request, follow the reply, rate and reopen

Support is where the account talks to the support team: it opens requests with a subject, category and priority, follows the replies, marks them as resolved, rates the service and reopens if the problem returns.

When it appears: Appears in the menu, in the ACCOUNT group, on accounts with requests enabled. Without it, the item disappears from the menu and the Open request button in Copilot does not appear either.

Who can use it

RoleWhat you see and do
OwnerOpens requests, replies, marks as resolved, rates and reopens.
AdminSame access as the Owner.
AgentSame access: the item appears in the agent's menu and they can open and follow requests.

Address in the dashboard: /app/suporte

How to get there: Through the Support menu item, in the ACCOUNT group. The form also opens already filled in when you answer "Não" (No) to the Copilot question Did it solve it? and click Open request, or through dashboard links that suggest asking for more.

One clickable card per request. On a resold account, the partner is the one who serves; the screen text gives the team's name.

Buttons and actions

"Abrir chamado" (Open ticket)
Opens the new request form (there is also an identical button in the empty state).
  • Updates live: the list changes on its own when the team replies or changes the status, without reloading.
  • Fixed notice: do not confuse it with "Tickets", which is the service for your leads.
  • On each card: Request ‹number›, the category and how long ago it was opened (now, ‹n› min ago, ‹n› h ago or the date); the subject, which opens the request; Handled by ‹team›; and the status in a pill.
  • Statuses: Open, In progress, Waiting for you, Resolved and Closed. A request the team escalated to the platform appears as Escalated to the platform.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Support and Tickets?

"Suporte" (Support) is your account's requests to the support team, about using the panel. Tickets is the history of human service for your leads. They are different things.

How do I know the team replied?

The reply appears in the request thread, the Support list updates by itself, and you get a notice in the bell and by email. The status becomes "Aguardando você" (Waiting for you) when the team is waiting for a reply from you.

What happens if I leave the diagnostic checked?

The request carries a summary of the account state (for example, Channels and Agents paused), read-only, which helps the team understand the problem faster. It is shown in the form before sending; uncheck it to not send it.

Can I reopen a "Encerrado" (Closed) request?

"Não" (No). The "Reabrir" (Reopen) button exists only for "Resolvido" (Resolved) requests. If the request was "Encerrado" (Closed), open a new request and mention the previous one in the description.

Can I put customer data in the description?

"Não" (No). The form warns: do not write names, phone numbers, or customer data in the description (LGPD and GDPR). Describe the problem and state the screen where it happens.

Who handles the request if my account was contracted through a partner?

The team shown in "Vai para a ‹equipe›" (Goes to ‹team›) and "Atendido por ‹equipe›" (Handled by ‹team›). On a partner account, the form warns that the partner sees only what goes in the request and does not enter your panel.
